Keep the employees from blabbering with each other while theyre waiting on customers! SHUT THEM UP unless its to assist getting an order. Im sick of it with these younger people and its a rampant problem EVERYWHERE, not just here. I just made a simple request that she obviously didnt hear and I reminded her she didnt hear it because she was TALKING...but NOT to me. Furthermore, its the epitome of Fing rudeness. They can have their own coffee klatsch when theyre off the clock. Somebody has to teach them. Ill help. Ive decided Im going to take something from their annoying tip jar each time it happens.

More than my Happy Place - Biggby on Henry is my perfectly caffeinated little corner of heaven. The staff is awesome. They are down to earth and are always having fun working together - that always makes for great service. The "biggers" (what I refer to as the regulars) are friendly and welcoming. Love Biggby!! BTW - Coffee is dang good too!

I work near this location, every single time they get my order wrong. When trying to call to ask for my correct order they dont answer. Called the location on Apple to ask what to do...they took my name and number and I have yet to hear back (waited 2 wks). Normally wouldnt complain but as a manager myself this is not how to give good service.

Love the customer service and the drinks! The staff is always happy to customize an order for any customer from specific flavors to temperature of lattes.

The Henry store is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do not care for the Apple Store tho. They always have grounds in my coffee.
