Review for food and customer service as I didnt stay to dine. From being swiftly and cheerfully greeted when I walked in the door, the customer service here was great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, despite the craziness that is lunch time. Had the Cuban Polo Angele no and it was delis. Surprisingly saucy, with a nice sweet and spicy kick to it. I also love the mustard they use in the sauce on this one, and its a decent sized-sandwich. I also sampled (since they let you do that!) the pesto pasta salad, which was incredible! Left one star off because the atmosphere in the shop was pretty smokey and a little intense to sit in/breathe in while waiting for the food to come out, but other than that, awesome stuff!

Ive been to many Paneras but this one has to have the worst staff Ive seen, particularly the evening staff. The store closes at 9PM but if you dont get an order in by 8:30PM then youre in for a hard time. The staff is running around like its social hour, nobody mans the register, I look down the serving line and the food they are removing is being kept in baskets sitting on the floor and I didnt get my full to-go order. Its truly a shame because I really like their food but I just have such a hard time choosing to eat here when the service is so bad. I would rather just walk to stores down to Jimmy Johns where they are great at greeting you and getting your order right.

The food here is great, but I wanted to caution against meetings here if you need a good internet connection. Ive been working here all day and the internet keeps disconnecting (if I had a car with me, Id move locations). The lady at the register didnt even ask for my Panera card to give me credit for my meal even though I had it in my hand. It was the first time I was using my card, and she took my payment before swiping my card, so my purchase didnt count toward my points. Its really not a big deal whether or not I get points for the purchase (I would purchase anyway), but I thought their customer service could be better.

Ordered catering for a party... The order wasnt even ready / started when I went to pick it up and once I did get home half my bagels were missing! Had to go back to correct them and then they said there was nothing they could do to reimburse me for their mistake! Also ordered a "large" fruit bowl from them and the pineapple looked like it went through a shredder and was missing strawberries all together plus paid $30 for it and it was the tiniest bowl Ive ever seen! The employees were all very helpful and apologetic but the manager could have cared less!

I took my family to the Panera Bread on Southport road for lunch on Sunday. Logans strawberry poppyseed chicken salad had a dead moth in it. I took it back to the counter. The manager said, "Thats the second one today." He refunded me five dollars out of his pocket and remade me half a salad. The salad cost about eight dollars to begin with. Needless to say, I threw the half salad away. I spent $45 on a digusting lunch experience. I wont be back. Youve been warned folks. Unprofessional management and unsanitary food preparation.

This has to be the dirtiest panera ive ever been to. We were there at 3pm and all the open tables had crumbs or dirty dishes on them. There were crumbs, sugar packets, chip bags and other debris on the floor. The garbage can behind the register was overflowing with paper and there were bagels laying on the floor. Sad part was that there were two girls standing behind the counter just socializing. Love panera, but really question the employees lack of cleanliness...

I love Panera food, and will often stop when Im traveling alone (the family isnt a huge fan). This was my first time at this location. First i used the bathroom which is small, and needed to be cleaned. Then i ordered my food. The cashier never asked if i had a rewards card to use and never asked if i wanted to add a drink to my order. Which then i forgot to order. I was going to get a tea of some sort but ended up just getting a cup for water instead.

I was looking for a place where I could spend an entire day working on my dissertation and enjoy a laid back atmosphere and good coffee simultaneously. This place did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, the coffee and french toast were both awesome! They had several large round tables where you could work and plug in if need be and they also had free WiFi. Overall I had a very productive day and I will definitely be back!

This location is always busy. Because they are always busy I feel that the tables and dining area are dirty. Not that they dont clean - but they just dont keep up with the volume they see on a daily basis. The food, however, always has come out great. It is a typical chain restaurant and the food tastes the same here as the location down the street. They did add a drive thru if you dont want to get out of your car.

This is a typical Panera with great lunch choices and really good bakery items. I ate there at a particularly busy time. The food was good as always and the wait time was acceptable, especially for the number of people eating there. The layout of the dining area makes it difficult to maneuver, creating even more congestion with awkwardly placed tables. However, that wouldnt prevent me from eating here again.

Went inside to order. Took quite a while to get my food, but it was lunch time, so could kinda understand. It was an order to go. When I opened the bag to eat, half my order was missing. Grrrrrr...too far to go back, so dealt with it. The salad I did get was so so. It was crunchy enough, but lacked much in the way of flavor. Would have liked to try the half sandwich I was supposed to get, but...

I love Panera but the cleanliness at this particular store was substandard today (Sunday afternoon @4pm). We stopped to eat while traveling. The staff was nice & professional, & the food was good, but tables, floors & restroom needed attention. The ladies room toilets looked like theyve never been scrubbed on the outside. The restaurant wasnt crowded at the time so theres no excuse for this.

not good stopped carrying french onion soup because it has too sodium. SOOO, all the bread they serve doesnt have too many carbs?, the pastries dont have too many sugars, not to mention the POP machine.....MY GOD!!!and people cant have french onion soup.....yet there is a giant tub of butter that everyone can help themselves to so they can smear it all over their BREAD......STUPID

Despite the looooong wait due to a soccer championship, they actually started warning people at the back of the line about the wait time so they could make a more informed decision. Clearly the wait time was out of their control, they did their best despite that. Food quality did not suffer despite their staff being slammed.
