Great tender and juicy fried chicken, but the pizza buffet selection around 2pm on the Monday we arrived, looked and tasted a little too much like slightly old and leftover. It was perhaps left there since noon lunch hour as any pizza from any place is not as good unless fresh within 15-20 minutes, but I would expect a higher standard from a place called Pizza Ranch that offers buffet pizza. They do however make up for it by offering a fresh order by request. We spent $38 for 2 adults and 2 children so they lost another star for value. Seemed a little high for lunch price and only offered a few bucks less for our 8 and 10 year old girls. I would like to see a family buffet price, different than individual. $25 seems good for our group if the hostess/waitress still expects a tip. Pizza hut is that or less when it comes to Pizza. I would recommend this place for their fried chicken, but not over other Pizza joints.

The pizza can be debatable. I personally like it. I dont think its much better than frozen pizza, but you get variety, and I like frozen pizza, so its a win. Some people wont care for all the pizza and dismiss this place just on that. But there is a lot offered besides pizza. You also get a drink included with your meal. No $3 sodas here. The salad bar is standard, but is kept fresh. The dressings are tasty. They usually have one soup. The fried chicken is great, and always a favorite. Lots of seating and a private party room. Bathrooms are kept clean. The staff is friendly and responsive. No ice cream machine, which is too bad because a warm cactus pie with a dab of vanilla ice cream on top is something to remember.

I love Pizza Ranch and I really wish this location would take more pride in their food and service. Pizza buffett and fried chicken is the mainstay for Pizza Ranch. This location leaves the pizza out till is starting to turn leathery and the fried chicken is usually very dry and dark. Dry from being over cooked and left out too long and dark because they are not changing or rotating the oil in thier deep fryers. The few times I have addressed staff or management, they make you feel like youre bugging them if you need a anything. I wish them luck on turning it around there because it would only take some focus with hard work. I hope someday they get the right people in the right places there.

Not only pizza, but also fried chicken and sides, biscuits and sausage gravy, and dessert pizza. The service was great, the employees were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Expected typical buffet pizza and got more than i bargained for. This was GOOD pizza. Actually flavorful, crispy crust, full of toppings pizza. Not like any other pizza buffet Ive ever had. So many options, plus the option to build your own pizza and they bring the first slice directly to your table for you. Quite impressed!

I scheduled a meeting at noon in the private area of Pizza Ranch several weeks ago. When I contacted them today I was advised that this room is booked for another organization every Tuesday. Unfortunately the employee that spoke with me had no idea. Instead of placing us in the back area where we would still be able to hold discussions and not bother other customers, they placed us up front with 5 tables. This was very disappointing.

I enjoy the food but the "sign in" process has to change. Ive walked out before being seated three time over the last two weeks. Im about done trying. They have to figure out a way to get people in and seated much faster. If there are four people ahead of you, forget having your lunch in an hour. If you have the time to wait, the food is worth the trip. they really do have some of the best chicken in town.

After a long weekend and with a car full of hungry kids we stopped at the Pizza Ranch in Muskegon. The price for a family of five was affordable and the food was great. They brought out a special pizza and served it table side. We would recommend this location to anyone traveling. Great Job!

Not a bad place but fairly expensive for a somewhat limited lunch buffet. They usually have a few different kinds of pizzas available and always have the fried chicken and mashed potatoes. 10 dollars for a lunch buffet is in the high side of what I would.like to pay for lunch.

The salad bar has a variety of healthy lettuce, chicken and real bacon bits! You can customize and order ANY pizza! Their fried chicken is fabulous, NOT greasy but moist! Now they have REALLY CREAMY soft serve ice cream! You can get a lot of good food for about $11

Absolutely loved the variety in pizza and other items on the buffet. There set up is a bit nuts and was hard to stand in line to get seated the front door arrangement is weird. But i would most definitely return loved the food! Great staff as well!

I love the pizza ranch because its an all you can eat buffet I was just there sunday and had 3 plates I love your breadsticks and pizza and the mashed potatoes are awesome this was my fourth time here and planning on coming back

Mmmm. Surprise! For some reason that I dont see why you have to pay an extra $3 for lunch on a Sat. Same food. No fresh pizza brought out during my visit. Chicken down to a few pieces. Great way to lose a customer.

Good food, good price. Great tasting Fried Chicken, was perhaps a million calories but was delicious! Salad bar with healthy offerings (choice of dressings could be better). Several choices for Pizza by the slice.

Sucks drove 45min to get here arrived at 802 and was denied buffet cuz it didnt state oper times never go back cust service sucks and when complained to manager he was so rude!!!!!

These guys are the best! Very affordable especially on Tuesday when kids eat free!! Pizza made to order is so nice. Servers are polite and friendly. I highly recommend it.
