Date this comolaint recent 05/03/2015 .I complained 2 months ago and wtote a review ...Management called and got nothing but excuses ...The worst KFC my far ..I stopped by again nothing has changed ...Still dirty , seats torn ..Maybe worst unplinshed hot food bar ..I am calling both the Health Department and KFC ...Go down road to KFC in Shelbyville a KFC well managed clean and good customer service.

your new commercials are awful they make me and many of my friends not buy KFC anymore I used to stop at KFC every Friday night on the way home from work not any more the real colonel had a lot more class than this idiot, is KFC low on advertising dollars You guys really screwed up with these low grade commercials your running.

Bad customer service, old food on the buffet (even though it was during lunch rush), dirty floors, tables, and bathrooms. The front line worker that waited on us (April) was VERY, VERY rude. I wont be returning.

Went through the drive through, ran by a bunch of teenagers which have no idea what decent customer service is. I didnt receive my drinks or my honey mustard. Happens everytime I go here...

My experience in this KFC is not recent and the management has changed. But my experience is that it was the worst KFC I had been in - and I have liked KFC in general. This was bad.
