Last went here around the beginning of March, unfortunately we wont be coming back. This past Friday I checked my bank account and found someone in your business is performing credit card fraud, I have called and reported it to my bank and even made sure that the charge wasnt from the last visit (I was assured that my last transaction here did go through and that this was a completely new charge) I have now gone through the HUGE hassle of obtaining a new card, due to a member of your staff compromising my previous one, and am still working on switching all of my automatic withdrawals to come from the correct card number. My family loved coming here but you have lost our business for good. Sorry for the long review but if youre still with me reading this my suggestion is to pay in cash if you go, from other reviews Im not the first person this has happened to.

I have gone here for years for two reasons. The price is right and the quality and quantity of food options. They have a huge selection of great Chinese food along with a sushi bar and a little section where you bring them your uncooked ingredients and have them cook something special up right in front of you. The staff is poliet, there is plenty of seating and its right off the highway. Easy stop eat and go. They even have a decent sweets section including soft serve ice cream. The only reason I couldnt give them a 5 star is the bathrooms are not that great with a non locking beat up stall door and no toilet paper in the other. But its still clean and usable. Best buffett in muskegon and I have tried them all. Lol

When approached by the waiter to pay, I gladly informed her that I was not going to be paying in the middle of eating! Oh an yes I was paying with cash. She was clearly not setting well with this but I didnt care. They actually count your time and watch you too closely. Food wasnt hot at all but warm was good and for the price minus the pushy waitresses. I will be going back soon to. ALWAYS PAY WITH CASH! I kinda enjoyed telling the waitress that I was going to pay when she asked. They are trained to do that to encourage you to leave but it only made me stay longer. Maybe thats traditional in their country but welcome to this good ole USA

This was the 3rd visit with my boyfriend to the Red Wok. Each time, we arrived there around 9:00 pm. Each time they became very irritated at around 9:30 as we were finishing up our meal. Tonight, was by far the worse. The waitress visited our table multiple times in 5 minutes, grumbling as she walked away. The last time, she stood there with her hands on her hips, tapping her foot and Im sure she said, " we want to go home". This was at 9:40 pm as they shut the lights on and off, banging pans and being very loud. The sign says they are open until 10:00. Wont be going back - they were very rude.

There food has gone down the drain everytime i go there i taste chlorine in the lomain noodles undercooked chicken or cold chicken it feels like they slap it out there and its not even cooked last time i went most of the food was cold and it was right at dinner time when there the most busy and poor service to the customers if you wanna cheap place to eat for 12 bucks all you can eat go right on ahead but if you dont like getting food poisoning i would not recommend it someone really needs a surprise vist from health inspectors

There was very little "Chinese" food on the buffet. Seriously, how is sweet potatoes with marshmallows an option? The sushi offerings were ok but they did not put out more in the entire time I was there even though the trays were empty. I was extremely disappointed. The waitress was very attentive and friendly and there was a really cool water garden with fish and turtles in the entrance, earning them the second star.

HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! couldnt even finish my food, Ive been to so many Chinese buffets and this is by far one of the WORST! Food was cold and sysco made. could have been made better at a strip mall lunch Chinese place.. didnt even get the drinks we ordered and the waitress wouldnt even refill our cups! I will never return and warn anybody else to SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!!

Went in yesterday for dinner, place was about empty and i can see why, food was just garbage, had the beef and broccoli, tasted like it was left over and reheated, the egg rolls were dry and had no flavor, should have eaten a piece of shoe leather, service was lousy, girls just standing around stay away if you do not wanna get sick, had a very upset stomach 2 hours after i left and spent the night on the toilet!!!

Everytime I go to a Chinese buffet I hate myself for going and promise myself never to be lured in again with the promise of endless Chinese delicacies only to find a wide selevtion of nice looking but horrible tasting underprepared excuses for food. Not Red wok. They dont have the largest selection (still a decent variety) of items, but the ones they have are well prepared. Service is decent too.

absolutely love the crab rangoons. the only thing i dont like there is the service. the people there are so rude. but there is this one woman there, she has a birth mark on her face and shes always so rude to us. she throws down our silverware and we have two daughters that need highchairs and she never asks if we need one. but the food is worth the service i guess.

Waiter was pissed we didnt tip Because waitress demanded we pay during the middle of our meal and wrote her own tip in and charged my wifes credit card. Went back to get our $10 back and they argued with us like it was no big deal until I threatened police for credit card fraud. Food was ok but PAY WITH CASH!!!!

Food was decent, service was terrible. Had to ask for drink refills after having empty glasses for over 10 minutes. Really slow cleaning plates from the tables too. The only time we really saw the waitress was at the end of our meal when she was waiting for her tip. First time there, but wont be back.

I have been going to this place since I was Avery young child and I have had nothing but great expirience they even make us our own roll of sushi when we come in the people there work hard and work for long periods of time too this is a great establishment and I would recommend it to everyone.

Over priced for the "quality" of food that they had. Opens at 1030 and we arrived at 11. Everything I ate was cold. The sweet & sour sauce for the chicken was what made that warm. I use to come here alot when I was younger. Think I will definitely be sticking to Asian Buffet from now on.

I have always loved oriental food,and there are several oriental restaurants in our area. This location has a good buffet, fresh most of the time. They have a little American thrown in for the kids that arent fond of oriental. So it a good place for the family.
