I had gone out with my little brother and mom for my brothers 16th birthday. We ended up with a $60.00 bill (they are over priced) My mom ordered some fancy alcoholic drink, and as we ate we noticed one of the owners I believe (little chinese lady) STARING AT US FROM ACROSS THE ROOM! When I say staring, I mean literally facing us and looking right at us for the entire time we were there. I locked eyes with her multiple times and she would look away for a second and then go back to staring. Even the waitress said at one point when the chinese lady walked away for a moment "okay, now that I dont have a creepy little asian staring over my shoulder". The waitress was so nice and we all liked her, but I told her that I dont like being watched as I eat and that I would NOT be coming back. Which is sad because I do like to go there often, and I get carry out too. NOT ANYMORE! I think the creepy chinese lady was trying to figure out if my 45 year old mother was of age, or if she was sharing her drink with me? She never asked for any of our IDs regardless. The waitress apologized multiple times, and I dont hold it against her at all because she was very attentive and friendly-but the people running the place need to get a reality check and learn some friken manners and basic etiquette!

On 07/24/2016 We ordered 1 Qt of almond chicken and 2 egg rolls to go. We got the food home and discovered that the 1 qt of almond chicken was really 1/2 a qt container of lettuce. I called China Lite and asked to speak to the manager. I explained to her the dilemma and she proceeded to tell me that this was normal and that they put three pieces of chicken in the container. I assured her that there was not three pieces of chicken and that there was more lettuce than chicken. She tried to say that even though they advertise the container as a quart of almond chicken that it means you only get three pieces of chicken. Maybe 3 small pieces of chicken strips. Dont waste your money. Go somewhere else. The service will be better and the food much better. The proper way to handle a customer dispute is just simply say I am sorry and that we will make this right. Not to call your customer bad names.

DO NOT EAT HERE. We called in, ordered the food and picked it up. When we returned home, my wife didnt even take a bite and could tell something was wrong. She said it tasted like someone had dumped nail polish remover on it. I tried it and she was right, it tasted like chemicals. We went back to the restaurant and spoke with the greeter who told us "No refunds". We asked to speak to the manager. 20 minutes go by and the manager finally comes out. Long story short: After nicely explaining there was a problem, the owner became irate with my wife and I. She was screaming at my wife, saying there was nothing wrong with the food, calling her a liar, and telling us to leave. She even threatened to call the police. We refused to leave until we got our money back and eventually did. This place is a joke. BEWARE.

Food did not match the menu description and was refused a refund. Even though I pointed it out as soon as the food was served and then also showed them on there own menu. Waiting staff was rude and terribly slow. I shared a drink with my girlfriend that was there house drink and it tasted like koolaid and cost 12 smackers. This was my 3rd and final time going here in just 3 months and they proceeded to mess it up every time. The 1st two were takeout and I ordered spicy pepper steak and made sure the 2nd time to explain how it wasnt on there before and the ticket said it the 2nd time as well, but it failed to deliver. Ive been going here since childhood and now I see it as a complete was of time and money. Next time Im going to Egg Roll Inn!

My family goes to this resteraunt a lot and always order the same thing, sesame chicken and it was always really good. But the last time we went there was absolutely Horrible!!!. The chicken was hard and overcooked and tasted a day old with hardly any sauce on the chicken either. When we complained to our waitress about it she refused to give us new Chicken or tale the chicken off our bill. She said that this mistake comes out of her pocket!. The lady was absolutely rude and finally gave us one new plate of chicken out of the three we asked her to take back. She threw it on the table and said its the same and now we have three! She was soo rude my family is never going back just awful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Every single time Ive ever called in to order carry out, she had the worst customer service. I ask, "How are you doing today?" and get replied with "What you want to order" in an angry way. VERY RUDE always! Went in a couple of times to order and the lady has the worst attitude. Never going there again! The Asian lady is always mean for no reason. Highly urge you to stay away! Egg Roll INN has much better food and EXTREMELY nice employees and its right down the street!

For $12, I was given burnt food and a soggy egg roll that was soaking in a box with the rest of my wet food. Called to complain and they refused to refund my order or do anything to make up for it. They were very rude and the explanation was that that is the way their food is!

Correcting a post above, the building was built by and has always been China Lite. The service isnt really bad, but the servers arent over friendly. The food is much the same as the China Lite in Port Huron. Both have the best Chinese food in the area.

Our family loves this place! We have to have it 2 time a month at least. We do take out and eat for 2 days on how much yummy food we get! My daughter want 2 chicken noodle soups lol My favorite is the egg rolls

Horrible service. One waitress working during dinner time and very rude all around. Couldnt even ask for the sauce for the meal or a refill on a drink. Food is just ok. Will not be returning...

Overpriced! I recently ordered 1 take out order for lunch and the bill was over $10! You have to be kidding me? A "lunch special" over $10? The food was not worth it, go somewhere else.

The food here is quite good. There are a lot of choices and portions are large. Basically, youll always have lunch for the next day. Ingredients are fresh and the prices are excellent.

Price, taste, service, and cleaness are all good. If you dont want any msg added, let them know because theyll add a little bit. Lots of seniors have been dining there for years.
