This past Friday I went there w/a friend. She is the only one that ate. I ordered ice water & informed the waitress I was not going to eat. The waitress never came back, not once to check on things, drink refills or even to leave the check. So we went up front to pay & I was also presented w/a bill. (My friend had 2 plates-one for main dish & other for dessert). My silverware, was still on our table, unwrapped, since they didnt take it away like usual. I told them I didnt eat but they made a huge deal even bringing out the manager. The cashier was I assume explaining to the mgr who proceeded to raise her voice & get angry in their language. I asked her to please speak English (never happened btw). They then went to speak to the waitress who lied & said not only did I eat but she saw me put food in my mouth. I was livid when I heard that & told them she is a blatant liar & that they needed to check their video. I, nor my friend will never eat there again. Im as honest as they come. I too would have posted a negative zero if I could have. I mean who does that? We had been there several times together & I personally only ate once which I thought the food was pretty good but I cant remember a time that we received good service. At best it was average but this time was the last straw.

Food: I would give a 3 out of 5. A lot of times when you go, multiple items are empty. Cleanliness: 3 out of 5. The floors and walls look dated, stains and little tears everywhere. Wait Staff: 4 out of 5, except for the woman at the cash register at the end. Twice now, I have paid with cash and when I received my change back, once was a $5, and my most recent, a $10. I paid $60.00 for a $40.55 bill. She then proceeded to hand me $9.45, and then walked away from the station entirely even when people were behind me waiting to pay. I then had to follow her halfway into the food section where I stopped her and said maam, you didnt give me the right change. Before I even finished that sentence, she was walking back to the register, pulled out a $10, and handed it to me. "Oh, so sorry " I didnt even have to explain how much I gave her, how much she gave me... And like I said, this has happened once before. And with this being the second time, even though its really the only decent Chinese buffet without driving 30+ minutes somewhere else... I will not be returning solely based on the two incidents where I believe she was trying to purposely take money. My family has eaten here many times but this will be the last.

When I first moved to Reynoldsburg, I came to this place. It was VERY VERY good. But over the past couple of years, the quality of the food has SLUMPED. I stopped ordering the General Tsos chicken because it is like the they use the tiniest pieces of chicken coat them heavily in their batter fry them so hard and then dump them in sauce and you are eating mostly sauce and "crust" hardly any chicken. I changed to the Sweet and Sour chicken... it too started out good and like the GTC it went down hill. Now it is more tempura than chicken. I dont know if they roll their spring rolls or get them from a prefab place, but, they too have changed and it is all wrapper nearly no filling. I ordered today for the first time in a long time cause my daughter was begging me so, and it was disappointing. I even ordered shortly after they opened hoping the food would be hot and fresh and of better quality. No... let down again. the string beans looked and tasted like they were left overs from the fridge, the chichen - all crust... and we already discussed the spring rolls... looks like I am going to have to find a new place. This one is a done deal.

Not great but not terrible either. Most of the dishes were swimming in oil and the chicken dishes were for the most part either gelatinous or overcooked if it was breaded. Seems theres no Lobster in the lobster rolls and no crab in the seafood dishes just that chopped white fish stuff you get at the grocery. The hot and sour soup wasnt very hot wasnt very sour probably out of a can with no seasoning. There was only like one beef dish that didnt look very good and no pork dishes for some reason these Chinese buffets are always in areas with a lot of Somalian and other Muslim immigrants therefore no pork. Everything was pretty fresh and they kept the pans filled without heaping it up in the middle to fake it and the steam tables were so hot my glasses fogged up trying to get the dishes. Sadly about the best chicken or meat were the chicken wings not overcooked and not turning to jelly like the rest. Lots of noodles and potatoes that I didnt eat too filling. I skipped the typical strange desserts cut into little tiny squares. Even more strange is the fact they have a full bar a wall full of Booze behind the counter.

They are NOT closed on weekends. I live around the corner and go a couple times a month. They are open til 11 on weekends. For an actual review: It used to be awesome, but its still good. Nothings been updated in the 10 years Ive been eating here (menu included), and its starting to look a little shabby. But the prices are great, the food is good, and I think the staff is very friendly. What some of the reviewers dont or wont understand is that several of the employees speak English as a second language and Ive actually heard people get an attitude with them for having an accent. I think thats why they dont really like talking very much. And exactly how much service are they expecting, anyway? All the waitress is really responsible for is getting your drinks and clearing your plates from the table. You get the food yourself. Maybe those complaining of poor service were offended that they had to go get the food themselves? I dont know, I have never caught an attitude and I think they are all really sweet. If youre looking for really decent Chinese food at a really decent price, this is a good place to go.

Ok, this is a buffet! The price cannot be beaten anywhere else. They may not keep the crab legs stocked up constantly, but I am willing to forego gorging on crab legs so that I dont have to pay $20 to eat otherwise average food. The quality of food is hit or miss, depending on the dish. THIS IS NOT A GOURMET RESTAURANT! IT IS A BUFFET! They offer a reasonable variety of food and I have never left there without being stuffed to the gills. Again, THIS IS A BUFFET! The FRESHEST FOOD is available WHEN THEY ARE BUSY! JUST LIKE ANY BUFFET ON THE PLANET! The service is exactly what I expect from a place like this - EFFICIENT. As for the cleanliness, they try. You just have to keep in mind that most people who eat at a buffet are worthless, sloppy human beings and typically let their children run amok to destroy the place. The only messes I ever see at this place is on the floor by these miserable excuses of people. But I digress. Overall: quality of food - buffet grade; quality of service - made in China; cleanliness - Reynoldsburg; pricing - cheap!
