We usually have pretty decent experiences when coming to this TGI Fridays location, but our experience this past Sunday was definitely upsetting!! Firstly, I called prior to arriving to see if there would be a wait to be seated, our party of 6 adults, 4 kids and a baby had to WAIT at the door for them to put dirty tables together!! We were seated and then came our waiter, oh how I wish I remembered his name!! Talk about incompetence... He seemed extremely inexperienced by the way he presented his "customer service skills". My friend ordered her food first and she wanted Chicken Tenders, we were told by the waiter that they were out of Chicken Tenders!! Seriously!!?! Anyways to summarize this long horrible experience, we received our sub-par food and paid our bills. What really prompted me to write about this experience is our waiter gave us our bill without asking if anyone had STRIPES REWARDS, normally Im asked if I have it or not. I asked him to apply our bill to my rewards and HE DID NOT DO IT!!! I checked my rewards balance and no added points!! Because of this I will definitely hesitate to go back to this TGI Fridays location. Theyre going down hill and its very sad to see especially because this is the closest location to where I live. ***UPDATE*** My husband and I have yet to return to TGI Fridays since this incident, however, upon writing my review and submitting my complaint to their corporate office, I have received a personal phone call from JOE their General Manager at this location. He sincerely apologized and also made a commitment to do a better job next time. I appreciate when a business is willing to do whats right and fulfill their expectations for customer satisfaction and customer experience.

I dont know why I bother coming to Franchise restaurants like TGIF. Never was a fan of the food from past experience but I had no choice since I let my inexperienced guests choose the place. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and this is coming from someone that works in customer service too. The side of broccoli my guest received was old, rubbery, and disgusting. I asked for Mac N Cheese as my side but instead got a ridiculous half scoop of cold flake Mashed Potatoes. After we requested a fix to this, both waitress completely forgot about us and ran around like chickens with their heads cut off when it wasnt even that busy; 5 tables including my party of 4. DONT EAT THAT THIS PLACE. The worst...never again. I keep giving hope to these places but they keep giving me reasons why I shouldnt. These places are more fitting for being at the bar for drinks and some appetizers; but not a place to go out to eat with family and friends.

I live so close to this Fridays, it only makes sense I go here from time to time. I visited yesterday for dinner, my first time going to this location in two years the service here late night used to be so bad. Could be because it was always packed or they needed to take a look at staffing, either way I used to be a regular and that all stopped about two years ago. It was Monday evening, place was empty so service was great. I ordered the 10 ounce steak plate and the steak was cooked perfect. I was upset by the fact they served me two pieces of broccoli and a spoonful of mash along with my steak. the portions we like a kids meal... IDK if i would go again i eat in this area often i rather spend $25 at red ox for the same meal. Fridays you can do better! I took the time to write this review because so many of my friends love Fridays, i used to love em too. Maybe Fridays is helping us watch our figures??? idk

The experience at this location was absolutely horrible at 11:30AM Today. We had a table of 10 with our department at work and it took over 45 minutes for our food to even arrive for the first person. Some people had to wait over an hour. Now mind you, lunches are normally only an hour for work including drive time. The restaurant was not busy, there were only about 20 people total(including us) at tables. I am not one to typically write bad reviews but seeing the wait was over a hour to get food for some of us, raw fish, cold chicken, dirty olive oil, and a rude manager. Some of us ordered the "all you can eat appetizer" which I only got 2 of them after waiting for over 30 minutes for my last one. I decided it was appropriate to write this review. The manager did not even offer us anything besides an apology. I will be sure to choose another restaurant in the future at lunch next time.

I have never felt more compelled to give a review. Let alone a bad review. I have worked in the restaurant industry for a long time and I have never seen a server go out of their way to avoid looking at or passing a table for more than an hour. She did not introduce herself. She instead told us that she forgot to ring in a bunch of stuff for another table throwing a nice f bomb in there saying she will be right back. This is why I have trust issues. So far two tables have been seated eaten and left with takeout boxes. We are still waiting on our food order to be taken. We had to get another server to take our order. As of now we have no drinks and have been sucking on ice.

My wife and I walked in and the hostess was rude. She didnt ask us "how we are doing" or "where we wanted to sit". We sat at our table and the waitress took 10 minutes to come greet us. When she greeted us she didnt smile or have any emotion. She asked what we wanted to drink. She never came back and she was standing by the door talking to the other waitress and hostess. My husband was trying to get her attention. She looked at us but never came to the table. She went to the kitchen and grabbed someone elses drinks but never came to give ours. We waited for another 10 minutes and left. It was a terrible experience and My wife and I are very disappointed.

The service was horrible. Never in my life have I wrote a review before about a restaurant, but the service was so bad I thought that I had to share. It took us over an hour and a half to order food, and our server completely neglected us as she sat there chatting with other tables. She also forgot our order multiple times. Between the five of us we had to share one fork until one of us finally stood up and went and grabbed our own silverware. Eventually Kayla took over our table and she did an amazing job. The mixed drinks were also very under poured and not worth the money.

Two friends and I came in last night before going to the Palace for a concert. We were in a bit of a time crunch and were worried about timing so we ordered our dinner at the same time as we ordered drinks, but could see the restaurant was relatively busy for a Tuesday night. Despite this unexpected rush, we had excellent food, amazing service, and from the time we walked through the front door to the time we left, haven ordered, eaten, and paid for our meal, was a total of 34 minutes. We were simply amazed. Thank you for being stellar :)
