3-4-16 Chose this restaurant for convenience. Had not been here for 6 months. We had reservations at 8pm, a party of 9. The restaurant was maybe half full. After we ordered I heard a few of my guests mention they did not like the restaurant from previous experiences. We had been here numerous times. When the food finally did arrive two of my guests complained the food was under cooked, one complained his food was cold. I was then reminded we had a similar experience the last time we were here.

We usually sit at the bar and order TueGo, but we always get great service and the food is always prepared correctly. We always make sure to come in when either Ryan or Justin are working. They are always friendly, and go out of their way to make us feel like we are visiting with a friend, instead of acting cold and to-the-point like other businesses (MAJOR selling point for us). Without them, we probably wouldnt come back as often.

Well we walked in and all the severs and all the staff just stood behind the bar and looked at us for about 8 minutes and when we asked if we seated ourselves they said rudely no. There salad bar was very nasty the food looked as if they handed fixed any of it since they opened earlier that day. The waitress was very friendly and on top of our order but over all it wasnt a good experience probably wont be going again!

Bathrooms were dirty. Flavor consistency at the salad bar due to persons pouring dressing over other dressing flavors and cross contamination happened. The new updated garden salad bar removed some vegies for other items requiring prep we were not interested in. Baked potatoes were over cooked and nearly inedible. Waitress seemed to be trying to push us out. All in all the over all atmosphere has changed.

The food was magical with a dash of wow sprinkled on top. The chief was on point with the lobster, shrimp, tilapia, hamburger, and ribs (I didnt have all of that, but my family loved theirs too, so I added it). Their selection for the salad bar... spectacular! Our waitress was friendly, funny, and did more than I could have hoped for. Loved my experience here and hope they continue their high standards.

The food was good. The salad bar was filthy and the food looked quite old. The floor was sticky. Instead of mopping it, they just put up the wet floor sign. After our waitress brought our bill, we never saw her again. We had to find her to get refills. You could tell that she was irritated with that request. Never saw a manager. Would rather have voiced my opinion with them than on here.

The service was excellent but for the food portion size was really small and I ordered mashed potatoes and couldnt get gravy because they dont have non and I didnt even get a pat of butter on the side, salad bar was small, clearly the food sat for a while everything was dried out and I have to say for the chicken breast, I get a bigger one on my side salad at McDonalds. Displeased

Unknowledgeable waitstaff...almost got someone elses dinner and later our dinner was given to someone else. Asked for biscuits ( which come complimentary for everyone ) and received TWO tiny biscuits. When we asked for more we were asked how many, two, or did we need more? Previously they just came in baskets. The food left something to be desired, salty and overcooked.

I give my server Alyssa A. 5 stars! Today my husband and I came in for dinner and even though my steak was sent back twice, she was so sweet it did not matter! Im not a big fan of the food so far but I would come back for the service and try again. Thank you Alyssa for being a 5 star employee and going above and beyond!! We will be seeing you again ☺

The salad bar is always good and what differentiates the restaurant from other casual diners. I have been here many times. Waitstaff and managers are very good. My experience is that they will fix any issues. I have rarely had any problems despite usually having some special requests.

Waitress was slow in taking our order and after bringing food never came back except to give us our check, without asking if we wanted dessert. We watch add she stood outside. Food was decent. Service terrible.

Good burgers, good service. They really remind of the movie "waiting", I think it was modeled after a ruby tuesday :) The salad bar is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The food is OK for a chain.
