This is by far the worst experience I have had going to a sonic! The management is beyond rude at this location! I think where the problem starts is they are too yong to be in position they are! The lines are always soo long... today we went in the drive they 2 cars in front of me and waited 12 minutes for a lemonade. No problem until i took a drink and it was warm! I called and they told me to bring it back so i did waited 26 minutes this time in line! Got to the speaker and the manager started arguing with me because they didnt hand me a reciept! I pulled up with my drink and the other manager wanted to argue with me about how they have a line of other cars and they dont have time for my complaint! Well if it was cold the 1st we wouldnt be in this! I had to yell at him to make me a new one! Really??? Just make my new drink and say Im sorry and let us go about our day! Now im taking another 10 minutes to do this review! If you would have been nice I would have given you a 5 star and been done with this in 2 minutes!

Were do I start? Well first the dude that took my order was rude and had a nasty attitude. The prices were way to high. It cost me and my granddaughter $26.45 for some hard crusted barbequed chicken nuggets, one order of cold cheesy tater tots and 2 small or medium drinks. In a list of bad places I have eaten at so far, sonic is #2. I didnt even finish my food and felt sick afterwards. My granddaughter likes sonic, but I wont be going there again, Id rather spend my money on a steak dinner or even go to McDonalds at least their smoothies are good. With the high prices they charge, I hope their employees get paid good for having to skate to bring your order. NOT IMPRESSED.

Pretty bad customer service. I had a guy who was really short with me and acted like I was a moron for expecting an item that was on their online menu to actually be served at Sonic. Ive had some really rude drive thru people, but this guy was the worst. He works the night/late night shift if any managers are reading this. Happened about a month or two ago. I went here again, the staff was friendly but the food took 15 minutes in a drive thru. I literally only got two items. The food is okay. Not better or worse than steak n shake.

Placed an order through the drive through at 9:30 pm, we were the only car in line. We ordered 8 items, 2 combo menu items, a shake and a cone. Of the 8 items, only 2 were correct. Both burgers were prepared wrong, the fries were cold and the drink cups were completely filled with ice. We "triple" checked the "light" ice on the drinks and they still got it wrong. Terrible prep work on a $25 order. Tried to call and could only leave a message. Pathetic....

I was very excited to have a Sonic finally after years of the commercials but I find this location to be lackluster. The chicken sandwiches are not great, the popcorn chicken had been mostly crunchy bits of fried batter the last two times I have gotten it. I go here maybe 2-3 times a year when Im in the mood for a chili cheese coney and thats it.

Stop by for the Happy Hour and get super cheap super delicious slushies and drinks. Stop by at Happier Hour and get super cheap super delicious Shakes! Any thing you want is here! Their tater tots are especially delicious on cold days and make sure you get a chicken sandwich also! Stop by Sonic and be Happy even if it isn´t Happy Hour.

I went here on the 18th with a friend. Pushed the button to order and waited. The button eventually stopped flashing. After hitting the button again and waiting a total of 10 minutes, we left. Either they ignored us (drive thru was busy) or the speaker was broken. Whichever one it is, you need to be on top of it.

Messed up my order twice, the employees dont seem to know the menu, but the worst part was the mouthful of moldy sweet tea I drank since they apparently dont ever clean the containers. This is a health hazard and a health code violation. I can only imagine the many other things that arent cleaned.

The person taking our order couldnt hear us even while we yelled and wasnt very friendly. The credit card machine wasnt working either. The place wasnt busy but it felt like it was total chaos inside. Outside it smelled like a garbage dump. The food was correct and not bad. Points for that.

Absolutely awful. 15 minutes after pushing the order button someone finally took out order, only to keep asking us to repeat it. 45 minutes of waiting after that I finally flagged down a carhop before we got our food. She brought out our food and it was cold. Will not be coming back

Got the Bogo wings and they were cut in half to make a 6 piece of wings out of like 3. Tasted like it had been in a heating window for like an hour. Ive had good wings from here but today was one of the worst food experiences Ive ever had. Its unbelievable how bad they tasted.

I walk up to the door to ask for a refill because my "car hop" is nowhere to be found.. so im standing by the door for about 5 mins, atleast 4 workers seen me standing there but just looked at me and didnt bother to open the door to see what i needed.. WONT be coming back!!!

I ordered a double cheese burger medium combo. The burger was kind of sloppy but tasted good. My medium fry had maybe 12 fries in it. After waiting 10 minutes to hear from anyone, it took them almost 30 minutes to correct the issue. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed.

Couldnt order with out be told to hold on very rude customer services. After the 4th or 5th time of of be told rudely to hold or hello you still there we gave up and told the server to cancel the order and she was ok whatever bye. Very disappointed with the visit.

Food is good service is good always have problems with their ordering most of the time you cannot hear them speaking back to you and credit card system does not work....could definitely use some updating to make ordering a better experience for the customers

Absolute worst experience. I repeated my order 8 times, to 3 different people and it was wrong. WRONG and it took me at least 15 minutes to order in the first place. I literally pointed at the pictures of the food I wanted and it was all wrong.

We went through drive-thru and the sandwiches and the way we ordered them were not difficult but were made wrong. We otherwise NEVER go to Sonic because it is a bit pricey. The Sonic Blast was not mixed well at all. We wont be going back.

I love Sonic! Their chicken tenders or sandwiches are wonderful, the tots are well known in the area, and of course the shakes. So many flavors and choices you must visit all year to try all the ones you want! (The servers are great too!)
