Two water leaks; one in the dining area, one in the bathroom. Nothing being done about it. It was brought to their attention and still nothing done. The burgers were past fresh and way too salty. No napkins in the dispenser, no small lids in the dispenser. I was surprised, as Ive never had an expectorant like that at White Castle. Theres room for improvement!

After 11 pm this place slows to a crawl. 20 minute wait in drive thru with only 1 car in front of us. After finally getting to the window, our order was wrong... It would have probably taken an hour to get back in line and explain what was wrong so we sucked it up and left. 2 stars because food was hot, because they waited until we got to the window to cook it

The employees are slow....no hello, welcome, or thank you. And once, me and another guy got what seemed to be old burgers as the ends of the meat were hard and crusty. I was at the drive thru one night at least 20 min. The manager is very nice. But most the employees are better suited digging ditches. Because they have zero customer service skills.

Yet another... I remember when they were the only "fast food" in town, and a hamburger was only 7¢. Use of the restroom was a dime. Sited at bus route transfer points, the kept busy. A six oz. cup of strong coffee was a nickel and you would turn the cup over to find an ashtray. Those mugs are now pretty expensive on eBay.

The restaurant seems to be immaculately clean all the time and the food is good, standard White Castle fare. However, Ive never gotten food here without having to wait 15+ minutes, whether there were people in front of me or not. If they got it together to speed up the process it would easily rate higher.

I see some new faces in there, there was a bit of a wait but I think that was because some were still training. Though I waited my food was fresh and tasted great! The people were friendly and very helpful. I have great hope for the direction this location is going in!

Waited forever to get serviced. Me and my partner went inside thinking it was going to be faster. Boy was we wrong and so was our order. Employees didnt care about their job at all. If you have the chance go to a different white castle.

They were out of the bacon jam slider and I had to wait but they were polite and gracious and gave me a free drink for the long wait. It made the visit not so bad. Good customer service goes a long way.

Because for some reason we cannot get one in Texas, so when I am in Kentucky always stop for the original slider. There is one in Vegas, why not TX, Jersey girl originally, ftozen yucky.

Waited about 20 minutes for a sack of 10 and 2 chicken sandwiches. Plus they were filling up drink cups out of a white bucket. Gross. I wouldnt have ordered drinks had I noticed before hand.

Online ordering gets us in and out of here quickly. They also updated their soft drinks to a computerized machine, PLUS a Big Red fountain, so my husband is in heaven.
