My wife is very ill, theres about 1-2 items per restaurant menu she can eat without getting gravely ill. From BK its a veggie burger and fries. While that sandwich is rather expensive, its about $4 with cheese, its literally all she can eat from Burger King. After being harassed at other BKs by staff for not eating "real food", being given meat (wife cant eat) instead of a veggie patty, or having staff argue about remaking it with only cheese and ketchup (only way she can eat it) because they say since its a veggie patty she should be fine with the extra veggies on top (which she cant eat either.) This is literally the second time weve came to this establishment, both times her food was right, fresh and edible (these patties are often very hard around the edges.) It took a moment to get, the staff was rather talkitive, but the food was perfect. Theres basically nothing more important to my wife than having the right food, made correctly. As someone who was a manager she can, and will, point out every wrong at a place... But at this BK anything wrong (barely - slight wait and such but nothing too bad, even to her) was overshadowed by the quality of the food.

Took my daughter here this afternoon. She loves pancakes and saw the breakfast advertisement in the window. The manager heard her say she wanted pancakes and bacon; with it being the afternoon, breakfast was long over so I told her she would have to pick something else. He quickly told me they could make that for her if thats what she wanted. They accommodated my daughters order without hesitation. My daughter was a happy little girl. I very much appreciate there are people in the world who make the extra effort into making someones day; I think I may just adopt this attitude myself.

It was clean and the food was fresh. They expedited the order quickly, however we had two separate orders. Both orders were the same thing, two cheeseburger combos with no pickle. Both orders came with Pickles, it seems like there was even extra pickles. We looked at the receipts and the receipts were correct. The receipts stated no pickle. Obviously was this was just a mistake buy a employee. The thing is they werent very busy, as a matter of fact we were the only people there. Employees were friendly, the store was very clean. The service was very fast.

Its your typical Burger King. I gave it 4 stars because theyre always quick to get your food and get you on your way. I would have gave them 5 stars, but we had to separate orders, both were ordered with no pickles. Both orders came with pickles on the burgers. We checked our receipt and it said no pickles. Thats really the only time I had trouble with him. The Fountain area was clean. The floors and the counters were all clean, and the staff seemed friendly enough. The food was hot and the french fries were fresh. And who dont like fresh french fries!

Feeling lonely? No one to eat with? Come to this BK! The wait for someone to come take your order makes the 8 minutes feel like 10 minutes because you feel like youre part of the conversations theyre having in the back! But dont worry, 20 min later when you get your small burger and small fries in a medium sized fry holder, youre still not going to feel lonely! They employees are so loud here, you are part of their conversations anywhere you go in the restaurant! So please, before you eat alone, come hang out with your BK friends for a few hours.

Actually made a puking sound from the back kitchen when I received a replacement burger , I had brought back a regular whopper because I ordered a Halloween burger... When I came back through the the drive-thru they seemed like it was a total inconvenience for them and were very rude, thats when they made spitting & puking sounds as they exchanged my regular whopper for the Halloween whopper that I paid for. I could not believe what I was hearing!!!

The day they start putting creamer in the coffee for someone whos coming through the drive-thru window will be the day I give them four or five stars... What kind of sense does it make to have that sort of inconvenience at a drive-thru window? Take a note from your competitor... People want convenience!
