YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY ME TO GO BACK THERE. Worst experience ever. There was a spider crawling in my seat, food was never cleared, refills were basically non existent. I had planned on spending a lot more money on drinks but since it took 30 minutes for each bottled beer to come out, I changed my mind. Ended up going to the bar and saw my drink sitting there waiting to be brought to my table so I left my bottle there and grabbed a new one. Three hours later the bottle was still there. One of our rum and cokes was completely watered down. We asked for a new one, so the bartender came up to bring a new one. She also made fun of the guy who said it was watery and told him to "man up". We thought she was joking at first but she was completely serious. We arrived at 7, waited an hour and didnt get out until 11. We ended up putting out plates on another table where they then sat for the entire night. The bar and tables were not bused hours after guests has left. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, the trash was overflowing in each stall and by the sink, the mirror was broken. At one point the waitress was so stressed out she leaned over and told me she hadnt even put the table next to uss order in. There were more problems but those were big ones. Then we got our checks and nothing was comped. So I ended up talking to a manager, letting her know what had happened and she told her boss. I then overheard him blaming the waitress for all of it, when the waitress wasnt really the problem. They took about 30 minutes to comp our check by 5 dollars. When your tab was 100, thats ridiculous. We will not be going back to lobster house ever again. And there were 11 of us. So you can bet well be telling our friends and family what happened tonight. Not once did they ever apologize for anything. One of us have had a birthday but decided it would take too long to tell them that. We were sick of the restaurant at that point. Never before have I ever been treated so badly by a restaurant. The worst part is that we paid hundreds of dollars all together just to be stressed out and ignored. This location should be shut down unless someone plans on coming in and making major changes. Save yourself some stress and go to Applebees.

Went to the restaurant in Newnan GA with my husband for our 1 year anniversary yesterday. After promptly being seated by the host we were giving the menu to look over. The only waitress in the section seemed friendly as she made her rounds greeting and checking on everyone except for our table. Ten mins passed still no service from the waitress whom by this time had completed 3 rounds checking on people. My husband and I then decided to leave, Im assuming we were stopped and then followed to our car by the manager, who asked what happened and then apologized and tried to offer some type of customer service. We decided to just go celebrate at another restaurant. Will not be eating at this location anymore.

We have had decent experiences at Red Lobster in the past. However, the last two times have been horrible. Last time the server took our drinks and twenty minutes later, we didnt have our drinks and our server was no where to be seen. We left. Today the people at host area didnt give us a friendly greeting. Seemed like they didnt want to be there. It took us a while to get our drinks and orders in. Fortunately, our server was kind so we were patient . Then the food came. The lobster pizza appetizer was good, but everything else was mediocre/bad. Please, do better!

Food is usually pretty good when you get it. Usually takes entirely too long to get served. Speaking of service. Always suspect. Some days good, other days not so much. About 60% not so much. Zero sense of urgency or friendliness. No one smiles. The silverware is always dirty. Get a second roll every time. The place is very dimly lit... wonder what they are hiding. Just saying. After this last visit, probably wont go back. Just not worth the price.

The service was good. However, I ordered a berry sangria. The menu stated strawberries and blueberries. I was served a drink with blackberries and limes. Didnt taste very good. I requested a Mojito. According to the menu it was served with sugar cain. Well, apparently that is a simple syurp, NOT sugar cain. Again, wasnt very good. False advertising! Apparently the bar doesnt have fresh fruit or fresh sugar cain. Not impressed. The food was above par.

Some changes to the menu items since being sold by Darden. Appealing a little more to younger patrons. Wife and I went for early dinner. No waiting. The host, waitress and manager were very attentive. We had interactions with the manager because the seafood/spinach dip was not to my satisfaction. It was quite salty with very few langostinos. Otherwise, dinner was fine. Prices have risen a bit though.

Lets start by saying Ive had some not so great experiences at other Red Lobsters, but I have to say, this one is doing it right! The past three times I have been here, it has been perfect! Staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was awesome, just totally delicious. Definitely worth stopping in if youre in the area. This is by far the best Red Lobster Ive ever been to.

They are so very nice and fun to be around! We have had lots of different waitors over the years but they have always been great! And they always have a smile on their face when you see them! My favorite part is that they are always cycling on you and at the end of your meal the manager always comes to check on you and see how their service was and it is always GREAT!!!!

Very friendly staff, good sweet tea, good seafood, & of course those deliciously addictive cheesy biscuits. Only problem I experienced was with the side salad. There were almost no bright green pieces and it was not crisp at all. The ranch dressing was soupy and didnt have much flavor. Other than that, my mother & I had a great experience and left satisfied.

The food was good and promptly delivered, but our paticular waitress, was not only non attentive, but purposly made rude comments about us taking "selfies" to my family on my mothers birthday. I had to order dessert from a diff. Waitress bc. Ours was no where to be found. also did not check my id when i ordered an alcoholic beverage.

Kayla was very pleasant and informative. We ordered desserts to go and cook brought them to us to explain how she package them . Very sweet. Thank you for a good dinner. My husband says it was good but the sauce on his shrimp wasnt his fav. Plus the season on lobster didnt have the same taste as he remembered. I loved mine

This one use to be nice and clean, but now its very smelly and dirty.... the uniforms look like they havent been washed in months! We wont be coming back the carpet is very dirty it smells like old mop water in there now.. we use to love this Red Lobster, but its worst than the one on Camp creek... very unsatisfied customer
