I went here with my grandparents, and we had a good time. The food was good (fairly salty) and we got our food very quickly. The staff was friendly and kind to me and my grandparents. My only complaint is that there are only four handicap spots, and only one 3 wide dip for wheelchairs to get on the sidewalk. This dip is also in between two parking spots, and not easily accessible from anywhere other than the two spots on either side of it. When their target customers are 90% over 65, this seemed not well thought out. This issue caused us some stress, trying to figure out how to get my grandma in the restaurant when all of the handicap spots were taken, and it was cold and rainy.

Food was pretty good service was crap. Natasha k was our waitress , and she spent more time in the back or talking to other employees/ customers than trying to see if we needed anything. I ordered the three course meal and never got offered more bread or soup and we never got drunk refills. To top it off I never even got my desert. My husband said the mens restroom was disgusting, and there was feces on the seat.

Scrambled eggs were liquid eggs, sausage was burnt, and hash browns were nearly raw. The only good part of my meal was my pancakes. $10 total... support local business and eat the best breakfast of your life at deBoers and order the breakfast strudel for the same price rather than the worst at Bob Evans!!

I always get the same breakfast. Country biscuit breakfast is delicious with a choice of potatoes, or grits. Always filling. I gave 4 stars because sometimes the waitress has to be reminded to bring something, but I really enjoy this place otherwise. Friendly service.

A very well laid out facility. Clean and organized atmosphere. Staff well groomed and very polite. Restrooms are fairly maintained. The wait time is a little bit longer then Id like. I would definitely guve this a place a try. Let me know what you think.

Horrible To Go presentation. Cold food. Told me to be there at 310 pm. Looks like it sat there for a while. Ordered homestead with gravy but to bread to use. Im very disappointed in bob evans

We just had a wonderful experience at Bob Evans. Our server Natasha was very sweet and attentive. We will request her as our server the next time we go. The food was also delicious.

Best sausage gravy on earth. They also have the white country gravy but its not the same. $9 for a bacon omlette , potatoes and biscuits is cheaper than others.

Told us that wait was 15 minutes, after 45 ordered carry out, then waiting 45 more minutes for carry out, when told it would be 15 again. Horrible service.
