Absolute joke of a restaurant. Went in having a great day. Our waiter was new and we understood that, but the experience was just all around awful. First of all, the profit margin in this place must be through the roof because the food quality is what youd expect at Arbys but for triple the price. Second of all, after ordering a second single peice of pita bread for our hummus for $1.00, it didnt come to the table until we were already finished with our main course. We didnt even end up eating it and told the waiter to take the plate away. So after long waits for food, water, and paying far too much for the food quality, we wanted to comment on the fact that we had a poor experience (mainly related to the hummus). The manager "compensated" us by taking 10% off the $25 bill. The hummus itself was $7 and we were still charged $1 for the bread we didnt even accept. Still gave the kid waiter a good tip because it isnt completely his fault, he barely even knew how to work the computer system. The fact that this place is still in business blows my mind.

Should have read the reviews before going--service & food is consistently mentioned as being poor and it hasnt improved. Waitress started out pushy, then disappeared and didnt refill drinks. She wasnt familiar with items on the menu, wasnt sure what was available from the dessert menu ("Some stuff is out..."), and that was after we had to chase her down to get her to add it to the bill because she had totaled us out without even asking if we were finished. Falafel wrap was tasteless and the tzatziki sauce was watery and tasteless, too. Customers entering in the afternoon were loudly told, "We close in 5 minutes, but well seat you anyway...", servers could be overheard complaining to cooks in the back about customers, and when the hostess asked if everything was okay--to which I replied, "Actually, no. It was barely mediocre," she smiled brightly, replied, "Great!" and went back to counting her menus. How does this place stay in business?

What are these people talking about.... The service was horrible (waitress was not all there and working at maximum capacity) food was forgotten, drinks for only some of the people. But theres still room for a good meal right? Not here. Our first time coming here and last. 4 out of the 5 people at the table were disgusted with their dinners. Canned vegetables, rock hard falafel, jerky strips (lamb from Greek platter) the details go on but this place isnt worth the typing. Please do not waste your time or money.

Yuck, A hole bunch of us from my work got breakfast on Sat. morning and let me tell you it was sick. Toast wasnt even toasted, egg shells in two of our eggs and hash browns tasted like a burnt grill. I will never go back again. A co-workers Hash was hardly cooked and her eggs were over hard. Also the to go containers were all melting. No good reviews from us.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never been here. But heard great things. We live in Waterford and is kinda disappointing that we are not able to see your menu. We dont have Internet at home. We use our phones. Most phones dont have Adobe flash. It would be nice if you could find a way to put your menu on your website for all to see. Im still looking forward to dining at your restaurant.

This location is dreadful. The customer service is awful. Weve been here a few times and every time it gets worse. Its a shame because the food is delicious. The customer service is absolutely awful. Every server stands Im the back talking, they are rude, they dont refill drinks. Its a shame. Save your money and go to Leos up the street or somewhere else.

There were only a couple tables with people, we ordered 2 pita and to coffees. Food was not cooked all the way, really gross. Looking at the kitchen window everyone was just standing around in there no coffee refills. Had to get up and go to kitchen to get service will never go again!!!!

The Red Olive is classier than your average Coney. Environment isnt everything, but it helps the experience. Ive only had a few items off the menu, but any of their omelets are excellent. If youre looking for a cheap meal that tastes good, the Red Olive is your place.

We eat in Hartland often for breakfast and we have followed Karen Mills from her last resturand and we would like to know why she isnt on the early breakfast each day as she was when she first came there. She has brought a lot of business to the Red Olive, Thank You.

Ordered the perch, but before I did I asked the waitress if it was pike perch / Zander or the real deal. . Assured it was fresh perch. It was a lie. I told two staff members I was dissatisfied about the illegal practice. No one seemed to care in the slightest.

The restaurant to go to for a good meal at reasonable prices. Their salad menu is incredible and the servings large. The only complaint is that they charge extra for pita with a greek salad. Never heard of that.

Food is pretty good, slightly annoyed that they make you print off a coupon from their own website instead of just showing it on your phone. Dont put out digital coupons if you dont want peiple to use them.

Reminds me of Flags. Yes, sadly Im old enough to remember them. Great food, diner style with the coney flare. Quality food, quick, and inexpensive. I really wish I lived closer, I would be a regular.
