Worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks in my entire life. The barista was absent when we arrived at the counter. She saw us and walked over to the customer service counter on the target side stating she would be "right there". Almost 10 min later she came over and asked what we wanted. I ordered a grande and my boyfriend a Venti drink, half sweet. She made both venti and full sweet. We asked for whipped cream and she rolled her eyes while saying they dont come with that. My boyfriend asked if we could get them with whipped cream. She said something under her breath while putting whipped cream on them. She never offered me a receipt. I had to reach over to the register and get it myself. It was ridiculous. We didnt ask for anything unreasonable.

Absolutely unprofessional, the help is extremely slow and has no knowledge of how to make proper beverages .so disappointing that I actually left empty handied after I paid for my drinks .I have never experienced such a Desaster when purchasing coffee. I will probably never visit another Starbucks again !!!purchasing coffee should not be a rocket science
