I Am very disturbed by the constant behavior of the Staff Members at Tim Hortons on 23 mile I either get the wrong orders in Drive thru or Cold Breakfast Sandwiches I was recently told to lay my money on the counter , I asked why and while she gave me no eye contact she said that she preferred customers dont touch her hand, I canceled my order and left, they are either rude, some do not hide their racism not all of them are like that, but at this particular Area I have problems , today was the last straw, the plain donuts were stale and hard I ordered a biscuit bacon egg and cheese combo I got cold cheese with slightly frozen egg and a very soggy hash brown because I didnt have time to go back this time I called on my break and was told to hold on and they hung up twice, I do not have this problem on the weekend when I visit any other Tim Hortons, This Tim Hortons is two minutes from my Job, that is why I was going but the kicker is when I viewed the sandwich after biting into a cold sandwich no bacon was in it all, last week I received a half of slice of bacon on my sandwich when I question it I was told to write a complaint because this is what they give, yet the other Tim Hortons confirmed this wasnt true, I have been a loyal customer for three years go everyday and the weekends, but this one on 23 mile in Shelby Township will never get my or my coworkers business again, they are very openly arrogant and rude to me

I like the location, coffee is good, fast service BUT the girl at the drive through needs to get a new job always pissed at the world.,, .. "blonde hair" raccoon looking eyes.., take it easy on the black eye liner.... works next to Ashely who is always nice.... she should learn from Ashely... if you hate your job go find a new one.... but with that attitude good luck.... it sucks when you dont wanna go get your coffee there anymore bc of one bad energy and bad attitude! She should know what makes her payckeck.... without us she wouldnt have a job. I hope the owner reads this!

I dont know what Momma B is talking about with a 1 star rating. Out of the three Tim Hortons in that vicinity, this one blows the other two away. They have a line to the road consistently and and still manage to provide fast and friendly service. Thanks 23 Shelby for all your hard work !!!!!

I am sitting here right now trying to enjoy a toasted bagel with coffee after work but its impossible, this place is freezing cold in the middle of summer wearing long sleeves and still shivering, also wifi doesnt work. 3 young men were very fast and polite behind the counter though.

I come to this location every morning...you have 1 thing to do 100% and thats coffee....my coffee is always wrong...it has been about a,month now, not sure if its all the employee change...but cmon..cafe..coffee..if you cant make a coffee the right way, whats the point?

This is the worse Tim Hortons ever. The coffee is always cold and the doughnuts arent even cooked all the way. I recommend going to speedway to get a real hot coffee. If I could give negative stars this place would be at a negative 5. The staff here sucks too.

I would never go there agian gave me a coffee through the drive through with out a sleeve almost burned myself it was so hot when she handed it to me i droped it and still charged me for a new one.

I find this to be the fastest and friendliest Tim Hortons I have been too, they are very fast and courteous. I have been to many and 95% of them cannot compare to this place as far as efficiency.

There are NEVER any donuts except a few. I dont go early in the morning but when your business is selling pastries, you should have SOME all day long.
