Employees need to be more alert, pay attention to surroundings, people coming in and out of lobby etc... Also never has any donut Id ever asked for not once!!! Excuse each n every time... Oh the baker leaves early! Oh so you are that busy you sell out by 3pm in afternoon... Never have sat in any line ever at this location other then when school is back in session and its morning rush. Other wise not busy and should not have any excuse to use... Yes we have that... Atleast few in many flavors selections etc... Something not nothing every damn day! If I want something other then coffee only I do not come to this location

I avoid Tim Hortons like the plague. No exaggeration, every time in the past year that I have been here there have continued to royally screw my order up. A medium caramel latte with 2 sugars no whip thats it! I get coffee no sugar whip the list goes on. And when I call, take it back or I got smart and started checking right at the window the employees argue with me!? Unacceptable. The only Tims that tried to fix their screw up is the one on grosebeck between 14 & 15, the manager, but if shes not there forget about it. Ill pay 5 for a latte now and take myself to biggby!

I just left this Tim Hortons. It was horrible. The employees were rude. I ordered my son a combo. They didnt have the bread for his sandwich. I requested different bread. They didnt have the soup I wanted. They didnt have any soup or chili. I asked for warm kettle chips. We received cold chips. The panini I ordered wasnt grilled. I asked for 20 chocolate timbits, they didnt have enough of those. I asked for my drink for my combo and she said I couldnt get a drink because it was tricky. Are you kidding me. Wtf is tricky about a drink. I will never come back.

I have had it with this place i use to go there 7 days a week and 2 times a day sometimes never again i dont know where they are finding their employees but they have to be the stupidest bunch on the planet AVOID THIS PLACE they couldnt get a order right if their lives depended on it simple order large coffee 2 creams 4 sugars and a medium black . what do i get hazelnut coffee nothing in it and some type of watered down coco. the 2 idiots working on 1-20-17 at 6 pm need to be fired

Best restaurant I have ever been to. Every moment I spent within its walls was an unending orgasm of ecstasy. The donuts taste like angel kisses and the coffee is to murder for. They also have hot employees, for instance, Jerrod, he is very hot and very nice and always makes my coffe right and I love him and I love Tim Hortons and I love America and I love rock n roll and I love Mom and I love my family and I love Jerrod.

Left me waiting outside for over 10 min just to get a mocha latte for my girl. After getting so frustrated I walked inside to make sure they didnt forget about me and the lady tells me the machine is broken! Then after they fix it they still messed up my order and gave me a regular latte. Worst tim Hortons ever. Id give it a -5 stars if I could.

Nice brand new building built specifically for TH but too bad they hire kids to run it. Not very friendly or welcoming as Ive had in other TH. I guess they will learn how to deal with customers but its a shame they put so money into the place and forget the main ingredient.. labor. Or in TH speak LABOUR

Well I ordered 2 sausage biscuits they came as egg cheese and sausage biscuits. OK fine it happens went in they made 2 new ones. Look at my sandwich, as you can see on the reciept, NO ONION, of course it has onion and not cut in half! Can I just get what I ordered ever from this location?!?!

Worse place ever..messed up my order not once but twice today. I went here a few months ago and they messed up my order and was very rude when I asked for the right things I ordered..I will never ever go here again. I will drive three miles to the next one.

50/50 chance on getting my order correct. But its the closest one to my work so I risk it. Once again, I ordered a large caramel latte with two espressos, and I got a plain coffee with two cream. I tried to call and the phone is constantly busy.

High prices got bagel with I think it was cream cheese I mean there was a bit of white on the bagel. Extra small coffee again over priced. And the free WiFi doesnt work. btw do they even require there employees to have an education?

the service is terrible I ordered bagel tossed with cream cheese and they gave it to me cold and slapped the cheese to one side of it, I went again the next day thinking the person probably had a bad day and the same thing happed.

First time in this location the cashier was very polite and friendly but leave it up to the African American females to be hood. And unprofessional. Customer service skills can be worked on to the fullest.
