Today I went though the drive-thru ordered 2 turkey bacon club and 2 cinnamon rolls and the girl working the drive-thru didnt give us any napkins and after asking us to pull around while they made the sandwiches and spending $15 when she brought our food out I looked in the bag and still NO NAPKINS.....smh...I asked her "We dont get any napkins and she rolled her eyes and shook her head because she had to go back in to get some...I feel if you was having a bad day or youre tired or didnt wanna come into work today then you should have stayed home and NOT take it out on customers. Oh by the way, I did call back to the store and reported her.

They really need to shuffle the people around in there. Try putting the people that can speak and understand English in charge of the registers and intercoms and have the people that cant fully understand English make the orders. Its getting annoying getting the wrong orders because of the language barrier or not getting what I want because they just plain and simple dont know what it is. If youre not in a rush or you are only getting a simple coffee then you should be fine going here. However, if you have more than 2 simple items you are ordering its gunna be Russian roulette.

Horrible experience. Im not sure what time they stop serving breakfast but at 4:30 in the morning they only had the lunch menu up and when I asked about the bacon breakfast sandwiches they told me there is only one on the menu. Staff was not very Knowledgeable and I have little experience with Tim hortons so I do not think I will go back

My visits have been ok up till recently. Ordered a mocha latte, and received a cafe mocha. There is a considerable price difference and taste. I was too far away to go back. Just went again and had to tell the barista how to make the drink. Maybe employees beed some training.

I had to repeat my order 3 times for the girl working the window to get it right, and she was really hard to understand. Sounded like she has cotton stuffed in her mouth. They at least got my order right at the window, and had it fairly quickly.

Food came pretty quick but the drive thru staff wasnt very friendly at all. The girl actually raised her voice to me. Dont know if its always like this but it was when we went there. Well keep it moving next time to another location.

Put a ton of DDs out of business.Coffee and donuts are so good.No better cup of coffee around.The flavor is delicious dont know how or why people would buy any other coffee
