Terrifically fresh bakery! We look forward to a cinnamon twist every year while vacationing near Crystal Lake, and great homemade breads. Good variety of fresh sandwiches for breakfast and lunch; have not had a problem with wait times. Good coffee, granola, and oatmeal (yummy cinnamon apples on it) too. This bakery has changed hands a few times over the years, and it has been physically updated nicely with Wi-Fi too, but manages to still feel like a really friendly local mainstay in Frankfort. Love it!

Heather baked our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were not only beautiful but extremely tasty. I had sent Heather a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and it was even more perfect then the picture. She even decorated our cake with flowers and greenery on site. We could not have asked for anything more, simple yet elegant.

This place is 45 minutes from my house and worth the drive. The best bakery by far. Also a fantastic breakfast or lunch. Try to arrive early if you want your choice of donuts. Otherwise, just take what they have left. I never would have thought someone could make a good maple donut until that was all they had left one day!

Had an awesome sandwich and the quiche looked amazing. We got in there just before they closed and they were super friendly and lets us still order. They close pretty early on Sunday it seems so be aware. Local town is quite cute too and worth a wander.

This place is always worth a few morning stops during our yearly vacation in Frankfort. Friendly staff and delectable baked goods. The Cinnamon Twist is a personal favorite, but anything you get there is sure to be a great choice.

One of my favorite places to eat! Their pretzels are to die for - I would eat them everyday if I could! They sell out though; you should either order ahead or be there around 11:30-Noon to get one.

You MUST try the Boston Cream Pie donuts. They are glorious. Simply to die for. I have never gotten anything bad here. The breads are wonderful and the people are always friendly!
