A group of individuals at my work placed individual orders online and one person picked them up. When we got back to the office we had the slip for my food but none of the food I had ordered. I decided to call and request a refund as I did not have time to go back to the store for my food. I had to call three times before someone answered the phone and when they finally answered I was told they were having a rush and are too busy to process my request. I responded that, that is unacceptable and I needed my refund processed while I was on the phone. The employee then hung up on me. Please teach your employees the importance of customer service. I used to eat at your location frequently and will never do so again.

Horrible service and Terrible food!! The whole place was dirty had to clean a table myself just so I could eat. There were maybe 10 people in the restaurant. 8 employees 2 of which stood around gossiping instead of cleaning...Ive tried it in the past and liked it. This place was very disappointing!!!

The food was really good but it was a little expensive for not being an actual resturant with waiters and what not. Plan on spending 10$ per person. But let me tell you the workers here are not friendly at all. Didnt feel welcome and didnt even get greeted.

It was less than pleasant, the lady didnt even let me finish my order before throwing my quesadilla in the grill and then didnt leave it in long enough to even grill it.. needless to say I was pretty disapointed.

The only disappointment is that sometimes they jam too much food into their burritos. They have one of those soda fountain machines where I can mix up a vanilla-lemon Coke. Tacos win.

The food is sooo good! The staff is extremely friendly, they let you try sauces before they put them in your food if you ask, and they even have a new spicy queso!

A decent secondary to Chipotle. I really miss the diablo cheese sauce they used to have. Very good food and the staff here is really nice.
