this White Castle is Spectacular!!!! went there for the first time on January 29th 2017....inside was clean...well managed..well staffed....never thought I could visit a white castle on 8 mile and Gratiot and see a set up that looks like it should be in times Square in New York....and bring positivity to the community...its beautiful all around!!!cant wait to go to that location again....if I could give it 100 stars I would...

Order was correct, food hot, line long. These are the things to expect. I like the lil burgers, there different from the norm. I also like the fact they offer items not found other places such as onion chips and clam strips. The waffle sandwiches for breakfast are great but not worth the expense.

The staff need more training on hand washing employees Michelle standing around with hands in pants then put gloves on and start preparing food..yuk. other worker wiping table between grill and towel rubbing on edge of cooking food

Took the longest to get 2 sandwiches, seemed like they had a computer malfunction but didnt seem like they wanted customers to know. Instead just make them wait with no explanation. Terrible customer service
