Employees have a very poor attitude , I love the food and the decorations & music, eat here every other week. Just wish the employees were not so negative, we were last here at 5:30 pm Thursday 12/22/16, same employees With a negative attitude as last visit the ones with their septum rings. They act as if we are troubling them , too busy with their phones I guess.

Great Sandwiches.... reasonable prices and the peppers make a great addition to any sandwich. The quality of the product is excellent. I do wish, however, that they had banana peppers available. As sandwich shops go, I would highly recommend.

Potbelly is easily the best hot sub shop around and has great prices too. The shakes are incredible and very cheap. The setup of the restaurant is very cool and vintage looking. Subway has nothing on potbelly.

Love the food but the workers are ridiculous with their attitudes, sorry for having a few questions about mac and cheese and the toppings .. get it together employees. I get hostile vibes from these ladies.
