My boyfriend took me here on our first date. The atmosphere was really nice, a small, cozy, and intimate place for a date. We ordered a dozen oysters, along with scallop risotto and clams with spaghetti. The oysters were very fresh but I havent had oysters in the past to really compare how it should taste like. The oysters were fresh but it was quite salty and I can see why they added salt or something to it to take out the fishiness. The scallop risotto taste and smelled really good but it was a little on the saltier end. But I loved it. The clams with spaghetti was also amazing. It was done perfectly. Not to mention the waitstaff was really nice and attentive. This is definitely one of the places that Ill come back. They even have Meyers hand soap which smelled lovely.

Being a bit of a hole in the wall I was skeptical at first but I conceded and left the confines of my home for an hour in order to dine. To taste for the authenticity of the food I ordered a sample platter, which comes with grape leaves stuffed with kibbi, pita bread, hummus, and Greek yogurt. Which was all delicious. As for my main course, I elected for the fish and chips which were both delightfully crispy and held well together even after copious amounts of tartar sauce and lemon had been applied. My server, Karissa, was polite and friendly the whole times. Very attentive to me and everyone in her section. The prices were very very modest compared to the quality of the food. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend

The problem I have with this place is the service when I get a carryout on weekday evenings. The first encounter I had with the girl that was working the cash was not great becauae she was rude, but I thought she was having a bad day. Tonight, I ordered and she was just as rude. She never even said thank you or have a good night, she just handed me the food which she also did last time. And my order was incorrect and I had to call back and I told her the girl that helped me was not very nice and she didnt even say sorry just okay. The least you can do is say thank you to a customer. I think I will stick to going in the morning.

I work down the street and call to order carry out several times. Today, I called and was put on hold for five minutes. I hung up and called back and explained to the person on the phone and she put me on hold again. I waited for 7 minutes and the call just disconnected on its own. I felt extremely disrespected so I called back and just let her know what happened and went to LA Bistro down the street. She didnt bother to apologize nor did she offer to rush my order. I wont be going there anymore. I understand its rush hour but waiting on hold for that long and not being checked on after a minute is quite ridiculous.

I used to go for breakfast every once in a while, the ladies working are very nice and helpful, however twice my order was wrong, and thats okay mistakes happen I don;t mind just eating and as long as I address the staff and thats it!!! I am not that complicated anyways, however the one time I went, and the order was incorrect after I informed the manager if I mistakenly asked for something and it was just put in wrong, she was very rude and walked away as I was speaking to her. Not planning to go again, because RESPECT is most important and comes both ways.

Clean place , good portion and very good service.. the food is tasty and most of the dressings are made in house ( I think) the only thing I did not like about my Greek salad was that it was made with iceberg lettuce and not romaine ( or a Boston or....) however the rest of the meal was good , we also had dessert ( rice pudding) I liked it!!! ( also made in house, I asked)... If you are in the area try it.

A restaurant this nice seems almost out of place in the Westborn strip mall, but that makes it a nice find when youre in the area. The prices are slightly above average, but so are the portions and service. Breakfast is definitely a cut above the various coney island restaurants youll find, but the salads and dinner entrees are great too. Try the spinach and feta omelette or any of their (huge!) salads.

My whole order was wrong. I got the wrong gyro, they gave me lamb when I ordered chicken. I also got a salad and they didnt give me any dressing. When I called to ask them to exchange my gyro and I was on my way back up since it was only 9 pm. "Im sorry we are closed!" when the site says they close at 10 pm.... Horrible customer service

Terrible service. Messed up my carry out order. When I called to tell them they dismissed the mistake as minor. When I drove back to get correct order they then messed it up again. At no time did anyone even say "sorry" or make any amends. They couldnt care less about their customers. Food wasnt anything to write home about either.

I had a terrible headache while sitting waiting for our food. My husband simply asked the man who I believe is the manager or owner if they had some ibuprofen. The owner actually left the restaurant to run over to the Kroger and grab us some. On top of their great service, the food and the menu are seriously awesome!

Visiting Detroit. Found this gem while shopping. Unbelievable food and service, especially Samar! She was a delight. Very friendly and personable. The food portions were quite sufficient and the quality was top notch.
