The WORST restaurant in Waterford. This place is absolutely disgusting and the wait staff and manager are rude. Thiers was nasty crap in my food that the manager could not even identify it. If the manager cant identify it then why would you eat it!!! Disgusting!!! All she would do about the unidentified food was give 10% lol what a joke. Then we had this waitress who has something seriously nasty growing on her face. Just looking at her makes me loose my appetite Every time. Im pretty sure shes not sanitary! Ick! On top of that when you ask for anything extra or the manager she rolls her eyes at you. And then goes and giggles to the manager and other wait staff behind your back!!!! Very unprofessional!!! I had 2 horrible experiences back to back. Last time it was mothers day anf i waited for 30 mins to even be waited on and over and hour to get the food! Ridiculous!!! Of couse i said something to the manager but i figured i would give them another chance. Huge mistake. When the manager came up to us today about the unidentified object in my food. Her exact words were "what is it this time" with an annoyed tone on her voice. Excuse me! Thats not how you treat customers! Maybe you shouldnt serve food with things you as the manager cant even identify and you wont be bothered!!!

Stopped in for lunch, on Saturday July 18 , needed a break from the heat and were quite hungry. Found the place to be nice and cool and happily greeted by the staff. and a large glass of ice water with lemon. need extra time to decide what to eat, being so hungry it all looked good. Hubby decided to have fish and cabbage soup, with fried potatoes I decided on a Reuben grilled sandwich with sweet potato fries. We were not disappointed in any way, the soup was excellent even on a hot day it was a very enjoyable meal. just the right wait staff service as needed, a comfortable atmosphere and beautiful painting on the walls showing the lakes of Michigan and its beauty. We will return and enjoy a meal again. Highly recommended for choices , price , portions, and staff happy to have you come in .

They have incorrect pricing on their menu. Ordered the childrens chicken tender lunch for my daughter and the childrens fish lunch for my son. Upon receiving the bill we were charged dinner pricing and the manager said the childrens lunches are no longer available. Made us pay full dinner price!!!! Quite outrageous when there is clearly a childrens menu and pricing on their menu. Living check to check like I do we try to make affordable decisions when we do get the once in a blue moon chance to eat out. We will NEVER be back and will recommend to all my friends to never eat there either.

I was a tournament and for a celebration we wanted something to eat. We ended up getting a steak that was too raw. Two people had the same type of Omelet and one was missing everything. I had a stir-fry that I had to wait to eat because it was to hot to eat which surprised me because everyone elses food was served cold. When it was capable of me to eat the stir-fry I was very disappointed. It was bland and turns out thats what all of our dishes had in common, it had no taste, no flavour. I would rather eat my schools food.

Our waitress was great! She made sure we had everything we wanted, checked on us often, never let our drinks get empty. The food was better than I expected, I ordered a club sandwich with fries. The sandwich was delicious, lots of bacon and the turkey was really good. The fries were piping hot and in a big mound. The prices are very reasonable.

The worst place i have ever been had the worst service then when i asked to speak to manager, she was imagine that the worst manager ever . Not to mention how horrible the food was. Will Never go back and will Never recommend to anyone. Wish i got that bitches name cuz it would v all over this post. PISSED OFF CUSTOMER ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!!!!

Probably the worst breakfast Ive ever had. They must know the food is terrible.. not once did they check on us to ask. The milk was Luke warm & had to be sent back. Bacon & sausage was cold as were the hash browns & coffee. We were only one of 4 tables in the whole place so no clue why it was so bad. Will never return.

Went in yesturday for a quick bite and was served the most disgusting food I have ever had. My son ordered spaghetti and it was ice cold and tasted awful. I ordered fish and was served raw fish and cold French fries. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant

I was greeted with a "Good morning! " as soon as I walked in. The cook (possibly the owner) was chatty & pleasant. Dani, my server, was also pleasant and checked on me frequently. My meal was good, made just as I had ordered it. No complaints from me.

Just moved to area and tried out Great Lakes. I had the Great Lakes Chicken marsala and it was amazing. Great service and they have beer!
