Ive eaten at this restaurant multiple times and have yet to find a sub-par menu item. The service is always prompt and friendly. And the atmosphere is always bright, clean, and welcoming. I have not only recommended this restaurant to friends and family, but feel confident enough to use it as a suitable location for business lunches. Of particular interest is the inclusion of several higher quality ingredients on their otherwise well-executed family dining fare. Also the prices for these step-up inclusions are well within the realm of the affordable as well as being backed up by generous portion sizes (<$8.00 for a 1/2 pound walleye dinner). The one thing I do have a complaint about would be that they have a fairly early closing time on the weekends, which for busier, people such as myself, tends to make matching my schedule to theirs notably more difficult than at other such eating establishments. All in all Alberts is a great restaurant to which I have no reservations in actively recommending to anyone who might have a schedule sufficiently flexible to meet their somewhat abbreviated hours of operation.

First time, last time. Never to return to such a rude place. Very bad service. If i could score lower I would. We had a rude waitress (Nancy) with a bad attitude, who brought us coffee once. She has time to chat with others but not time to serve out table. When she brought out our food, I reminded her that I should have had cheese on my eggs. She took the full plate back and brought back cook food with a slice of cheese on the cold eggs. The manager was no help either. When I cancelled my food, he took $2 off the bill when I didnt eat anything. I ended up walking out, leaving my party inside. Never again. Very disappointing.

The food is ok, but the service is terrible. Theyre rude, and have been there numerous times with different waitresses and not one of them will ever return to see how everything is just to bring you your bill. I ask for a cup of soup they bring me a bowl. I ask for a side salad they never bring it. Its one thing after another. Im done I will not go back and I will tell others not to go there. I kept hoping just once they would prove me wrong.

We had to find our own table. Most were not cleaned off. Waitress could have cared less about us. Sat for a very long time, then got water and waitress rushed passed us many more times and would not stop to take order. Place was not busy and several waitresses working so not sure why she was so rushed. Left without ordering, except for the coke that never arrived.

Went for breakfast on a Saturday. We expected it to be busy, and it was. Sign said seat yourself so we grabbed a table that was not yet cleaned/cleared off (there were no clean open tables). My girlfriend and I sat there for a while and no one even cleared the table, let alone got us coffee or water. Left after 10-15 minutes of staring at someone elses dirty dishes.

Great food, big portions. Mostly all home made food. Friendly staff, makes you feel like family. Everyday specials are different and all homemade. Leave not only full, but have extra dinner for later in box to go. Also great desserts. Homemade rice pudding. Over all my friends and people i refferred to go there, were more than happy after their experience.

i stop here for first time i order spaghetti with meatballs i was surprised how good was that bc lot of family dining restaurants there sauce taste from container , but not this place it was perfect dish for $8.25 and the rice putting was one of the best i tasted so fare. The restaurant inside looks good and clean, the service was good also.

We waited forever for our server to come back and take our order even though she was chatting to others. She was abrupt and dismissive. She left the other half of our order under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes (I could see it from my seat). I would not go back nor recommend it. Food was mediocre.

Best Greek salad Ive had in ages! Anytime Im near by, I stop in and grab one! The salad is always crisp and fresh and the dressings are made in house. Staff is very friendly. They recently switched owners and the interior of the place looks very nice! Glad to see new life breathed into the place!

ordered 4 eggs over medium 4 pieces of bacon and rye toast. I got 3 eggs over easy,2 pieces of dry burnt toast and 4 pieces of burnt bacon . I asked them to please bring me another order of bacon and this was burnt . The only thing they got right was the water. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

AS OF OCTOBER I 2016 A NEW OWNER HAS TAKEN OVER THE RESTAURANT. The Food and waitress is excellent and very Friendly and clean I feel like Family there sometimes I go there just to sit and talk to the waitress I always leave with a smile on my Face ☺

Waitress is kinda snappy (leslie) Tv had static and was not a very clear picture. Kinda embarrasing if you ask ne as the tv technolgy we have nowadays. No sight of a manager just leslie and a cook. Cook was quiet. Dineing room was clean though.

Just moved close to Alberts, been here a few times already. Great little diner that has a drive through which I have not, but plan on taking advantage of soon. Burgers were okay, Omelette was tasty, and really enjoyed the club sandwich I got.

It was ok but all seemed very remote and disconnected. Service was ok, but never the sense I was valued as a customer. Food was good, coffee was better than most. Couldnt get past the feeling that my presence was sort of an inconvenience.

I love this place they are like family wait staff is awesome Moses the cook is great my food is always the way I want it . Cora and Julia are great waitresses they have great personalities i will be back with more friends .

The breakfast food is cooked to fast so over half my food was cold. SMH the only part that was hot was the eggs. Biscuit ,sauage, and gravy was cold or Luke warm. SMH.

The food was good. Very clean atmosphere. I paid $4 for two eggs, three sausage, and three pancakes. Staff was nice. Would highly recommend.
