I would not recommend for gift cards or certificate. They dont give you change or credit but they dont have a problem taking your cash for the certificates. I have had a call to corporate since last week of Dec. 2016 and still have not heard back from them to answer my questions but they sent me a letter giving me two pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Very degrading of them. The letter said: we would live to apologize for your inconvenience. Please except this gift card and come again. Very tacky. So I will take put in envelope and send back. I want a call with answers. I feel like that is stealing from the customers. Were does the difference go? Do the employees get to use??? Wont go there again.

Overall Awful experience. My order was a five peice chicken meal with Cajun fries and coleslaw as sides. My friend ordered a chicken dinner with an extra biscuit. After waiting for 35 minutes we get home to find out they forgot both of our sides, Cajun fries and his extra biscuit. They also didnt give me any dipping sauce for my chicken strips nor did they provide any napkins for either of our meals. Very dissapointing. Do NOT eat here.

Terrible service ordered 4 basic meals while no one was in the lobby. After my family ordered friends of the workers came in and immediately went to the front over my families order 35 mins later 2...49 pcs orders later and almost giving my order to the wrong person I asked for mardigras mustard and only received one WOW Ill find another place to get my chicken thanks

Im a regular customer, and get treated with no respect. Have to ask for silverware and condiments. The when they claim they didnt hear you, at the drive thru, they want you to come back through the drive thru and wait 30 another minutes. Will never go to this one again.

Well for starters, they make me repeat my order five times, it takes forever to get your food, and the order is usually messed up. This is more the rule than the exception. For how much money it costs, its almost not worth the hassle. Buy Popeyes chicken is amazing.
