Waited 17 minutes to get our food. Some of the chicken was old/burnt. Chicken wasnt fresh. Looked as if I received what was leftover from a previous dinner on my chicken because they were tiny! I asked for a large mash potato. I was given a normal container of it. They said they would hand us our food after wedges got done. After 15 minutes I walked inside to get our food that just got finished. Wedges were fresh but our chicken was cold and our chicken littles were cold. Ordered at 7:20. Got out at 7:37. As of 4/22/17 we almost were handed the wrong order again and once I handed the food to my friend, it busy and gravy landed on her and in my carpet of the car and she is severely burned because of it. They need better crew members and equipment for gravy. I called and asked for manager and all he said was ok and he did it repetitively. Didnt care. I hear a lawsuit if burns worsen!

Been eating here for many years. KFCs specialty is Fried Chicken, Original Recipe, and if you stick to that, and a few sides, youll get a good meal, but venture beyond that, and its questionable. Ive never been impressed with the strips, only when they were seasoned with the Original Recipe, but otherwise I would recommend a visit to Carrolltons newly renovated KFC.

I will NEVER go to this restaurant again! I was told that my order would take 9 minutes. After 20 minutes went by, I went inside and demanded a refund. A half-ass apology was given along with an excuse of them being down a fryer. The least they could of done was have someone come out and tell me about the delay! Smh...never again!

They dont even deserve that one star... they ran out of chicken at a chicken resturant... HOW? They didnt even offer for them to make more and us wait they only said oh we are out of pretty much every piece of chicken.. and the tenders so we left. Awful service with that!

The recent remodel did not remove any of the coziness of this place. The dining areas small size gives it a unique atmosphere compared to other KFCs. Staff is friendly and I probably had the best KFC chicken I have ever gotten from here just a few days ago.

The chicken was too greasy the mash potatoes and the coleslaw was overdone, wont come back to this one again but overall I like fried chicken and I will visit other stores. Hopefully this one will do better in the future thank you.
