I swear the ONLY reason Im giving a 1 star is because theres nothing less to give. The service I received today was the absolute worst! Its been times Ive visited in the past that the service was ghetto but today takes the cake!! We waited in the lobby for almost 10 minutes before the workers in the back decided to stop there lengthy conversation about what happened over the weekend to look up. Strike one. A young lady finally decides to part ways from her personal conversation to come take our order. When she came to the front she didnt say ONE word to us. She just stood in front of the register as if we were a bother to her. Ummm Im sorry but you are at WORK!! Strike two. I speak to her and she yells to the back "ummm someone come take this order cause Im not dealing with this today" Ummm dealing with what? Someone speaking to you? What you were supposed to do anyways!! Strike three. We left!!! I come back in for corporates phone number and walked in to them laughing and joking about the situation. Then was told "we dont have a corporate number, you can call who ever you want Im still going to have my job here tomorrow" Strike 4,5,and 6!!! Needless to say while waiting on a "manager" to come to the front the ghetto cashier called the police on me!! At that point honestly I had then had enough of being treated like a animal on the street. I WILL EAT TRASH before stepping in that establishment again. Whoever the GM is, needs to clean house and get some people in that take value in having a job. You dont treat customers that way, let along PAYING customers. But then again after reading the previous reviews it seems like a on going problem with this location.

Welcome to KFC Taco Bell. I ordered 2 eight piece meals and was promptly told that they would not have any chicken for 23 minutes! No chicken! At KFC! And it is 5:00 in the evening and the drive thru is backed up! Now I might can overlook this once but this is a recurring event at this particular store. They either do not have any chicken and have a "hold" on it or they do not have the type chicken you want. Extra crispy seems to be a problem here ALWAYS. Are they apologetic to the fact you and your family now have to sit in the parking lot and wait? No. Can I offer you a drink while you wait? No. I am so sorry for the wait. No. Just...pull around and when its ready someone will bring it out. I have worked fast food as a cashier, cook and a manager. Never have I seen such a poorly run store. After I sit here and wait on my food to be brought out to me I have decided that this will be the LAST time my family and I sit in this parking lot and wait for chicken because a chicken restaurant cannot seem to keep product available for its customers. I wouldnt have given this establishment even one star except for the fact that everyone else is coming out with their KFC boxes in hand. I am still waiting.

Service was "less than desired" to put it nicely... No one in line when I walked in, no server waiting at the register to take my order, several employees saw me waiting. By the time my server approached the register and asked me what I wanted I had been waiting about 10 minutes and there was, at that time, 3 others waiting in line behind me. I ordered an item that has become a staple with KFC... the chicken tenders meal... to which my server responded "were out of tenders".... I left without ordering.... How does a Kentucky Fried CHICKEN restaurant run out of CHICKEN tenders? Not the first time service has been slow here... Last few times Ive visited, the server would take an order and proceed to the kitchen area, prepare the order, box the order, bag the order, and deliver the order to the customer that purchased it BEFORE taking the next customers order.... On once instance, the maintenance guy stopped changing light bulbs to flag someone down and tell them that there were customers waiting to order! I used to spend $ at this store several times each month due to its location near work and home... I will be going to ZAXBYs for chicken and DEL TACO for mexican in the future...

Chicken meal was all dried up!! Wanted new meal but was told it would take 20 minutes and it would come out the same. I asked for refund and they took my receipt and wouldnt give it back so I couldnt contact corporate. The manager also took food around and was showing the employees as they all made their remarks about it. How unprofessional. I am on vacation with my family and will make sure I let my friends and family know about this incident and will not return to this establishment. We spent $33 and change I could of spent that for a nice dinner that I was actually waited on and treated with respect

The owner needs to get a hold of his business. Just got home from a 20 min drive to get KFC I get home and start opening stuff so the family can eat and the chicken looks like it was cooked with year old grease it tasted like it too, and my rolls were hard as rocks. Seeing I lost out on 25 bucks Ill never go back again. Mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were fine seeing thats all we had to eat while I waited for meat to thaw out

Cashier was rude, employees goofing off and hitting others in kitchen, the grilled chicken wasnt edible due to being dried out and rubbery. This location has always had poor service but the food used to be decent, so I kept returning for inexpensive lunches. But any food thats not edible is too expensive to me.

Someone needs to open a chick-fil-a over here and put KFC out of business. Long wait, dried up food, wrong orders, unfriendly service; basically is what youll get if you come here. Minimum wage at its finest.
