Always disappointed somehow. Even on orders they get right, the little things such as napkins and forks are missing(that wouldnt warrant a one star btw). Just ordered a gallon of lemonade, the cap was loose. You dont want to dump it, but your brain is telling you not to drink it... The worst experience was waiting 30 minutes one night for them to cook chicken, get home, and it wasnt spicy like I ordered. Really? After a few months, the urge for Popeyes spicy chicken comes around and I either forget, or just give them the benefit of the doubt. Then when Im done, I feel stupid for going, again.

You must work there to rate it that high. It use to be real good a year ago. Ate their all the time. After last week I will never go again. Service is horrible. Went twice in one week, once for lunch(dine inside) the other for dinner(drive through). I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after I was told to hold and their wasnt hardly any customers at all at the time(2) which had been waiting a while as well. Went to GoldFingers instead. I recommend GoldFingers or Bojangles if you want chicken.If you want Popeyes go to the one in Troy. I never had an issue with them.

If you enjoy waiting 30 mins for two pieces of mediocre chicken combined with terrible customer service this is the place for you. Ive been in the customer service industry for almost ten years and I would be embarrassed if I was a member of management here. My fiance and I left and got some kfc. It was ready in a quick minute, fresh and delivered with friendly service. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Terrible ! Rude ! , the chicken i got so small you would think it came from a cornish hen , my wife got shrimp and for the price i felt like i was robbed !! I will never go back !! I even called the company & they made up excuses and sent me a coupon for chicken & the coupon was like the one you cut out of a flyer NOT GOOD !! I will make sure i tell everyone about this place

Great food! Popeyes has a great Cajun-style food selection along with some wicked good sweet tea. Their biscuits are great and so is the chicken. Good place for a great quick meal or an excellent family meal. The bathrooms are super clean and sanitary (good for a restroom break on a long road trip.) Highly recommended

Went through the drive through, and had to wait an hour for 12 piece hot wing and three chicken strips. They pulled us up to park and wait. After 30 minutes an employee come tell us that they were fight sorry about the wait. Another 30 minutes go by and we finally get our food. Dothan AL

i just moved to Dothan Al. a month ago and have eaten at Popeyes 3 times and I cant complain about nothing. Service, food and the dining areas were tops. I also left my glasses there last weekend and when I called, they had them. This is a great place to eat if you like chicken..

At 1st they forgot to give me straws in 5 0clock traffic; had to turn around to drink sweet tea. I came back to get straws and they presented me with a free biscuit. Amazing 5 stars biscuits
