Let me start with that we LOVE Qdoba. We go to the location in Jackson all the time and love it. But we will never go to this location again. I ordered the shrimp tacos and the lady started making them with corn shells and I didnt know they came with corn so as soon as I saw that she had laid out corn I asked her for flour and she literally gave me the most rude look and said "I just cooked these" and started at me. So I said "ok" and she said "they come with corn". I was pretty shocked at the pissed off look she was giving me and didnt know quite what to do. So I just said "well Im sorry it doesnt say that it comes with corn. All it shows is a picture of them. Can I please have flour?" She literally looked at me with again the most rude stare and just walked away. I have never been so rudely treated. She came back and whispered to the other girl that they were going to switch them to flour for no charge, didnt say a word to me and just started making them. I dont know what else she said but she was obviously pissed. It was just humiliating. Once I finally got done and sat down I just wanted to leave I was so embarrassed. Then the shrimp tasted like they were sitting in the tub for hours. They were so tough. The worst part was the bathroom which was THE WORST SMELLING bathroom I have EVER went in. And it wasnt because someone used it just before. It was nasty like a sewer or decaying smell. If I could have given this location zero stars I would have. The combination of bad service, bad food and disgusting bathroom made this trip to Qdoba the one and only disappointing visit.

Ive never been to Qdoba before, so my husband and I decided to try it on the way home tonight and I have to say the whole experience was rotten. I got there and the staff was rude and rushed us through the line even though we were the only people in the restaurant. The food I brought home was worse than the service. Nachos with unmelted cheese thrown on top and some disgusting sauce. Tacos with about 1 tablespoon of meat, unmelted cheese and thats it. No lettuce or any other options. The whole meal was a sort of buttery brown color. The only part that was even edible when we got home was the quesadilla. My garbage can is $15 richer and I will never visit Qdoba again.

I placed an order to be picked up. I got there to get my food, arrived all the way back to work just to realize they left out the extra sour cream I paid for, and put sour cream on my steak salad that I specifically asked to be placed on the side. I called and complained only for them to repeat the same steps again of placing my sour cream on my salad. The food is great but it would be helpful if they followed direction when they are clearly stated when placing the order. P.S, Nobody likes warm sour cream on their food!

Bad location for (work) lunch. The service here is very slow. On 12/16 just before noon the line did not move for over 10 minutes. I saw a catering order go out which I understand takes some work but DO NOT IGNORE THE LINE INSIDE THE STORE. There were multiple people doing food prep or small managerial tasks while the line was ignored. The food is okay but I cant ever come here again for lunch during work because of the slow service.

Slow service, out of some toppings, dirty inside out gloves on the counter by the register near area food was being put in containers. Ewwww! Very small portions! We actually left here feeling hungry. That never happens at other locations. Employee complaining the entire time about having to stay past her time to leave. Very disappointed with this location!

Yesterday I came to this location to order chips, salsa & guacamole. I prefer getting it from Qdoba because Chipotle never gives me enough chips and Qdobas guacamole is much better tasting. Anyway, the chips were absolutely HORRIBLE!! They tasted days old like theyd been fried in burnt, dirty grease. It was the disgusting. I couldnt believe it.

Amazing staff, friendly, and saved our stomachs tonight. Great service, good food. Despite being closer to closing (thanks to a disastrous time next door at the place that shall not be named) they still smiled and offered the best choices. Theyll have my business more often!

Horrible! Food is bad, nothing close to chipotle. And the employees attitude is just ridiculous, they get mad if you take one second to choose if you want vegetables of not. Very dirty place too. Save your money and go eat somewhere else.

I got the 3 tacos for $9. All in all its a good deal. The problem is that it all tasted exactly the same even though I ordered 3 different tacos. The servers didnt seem to enjoy their jobs either. No one was smiling.
