Seriously disappointed with the food quality. My daughter didnt even get a bun for her hot dog which is a step up from the dried out crap they gave my wife and I for burger buns. As we ate them they literally crumbled to pieces. The worst part of that was that they sold them to us knowing they were crap. I know this because the manager delivered our food out personally and apologised about the quality of the buns. Next Ill tell you about my daughters now bunless chilli dog that we only discovered would be bunless after waiting no less than ten minutes for our food to come out (food isnt out at this point either). The chili was the burnt scraping at the bottom of the pan. And finally, the fries tasted as though they were there waiting for us at least a half an hour before we got there (without the heat lamp) and it took at least 15 minutes to get there. My wife thought it was to be expected since we came in at nine until she realized they didnt close until ten. Seriously, I wouldnt give them the 1 star review of it werent required. Well, the manager was really nice when he said sorry but that doesnt change the fact that I just spent $20 on garbage. Edit So my daughter feel down and hurt her arm on the way out the door after I wrote this review. This is important mainly because the only wet floor sign set up was hidden on the other side of the store where it couldnt be seen from where we came from or out the door. I would have thought the one of the two or three employees watching would have checked to see if she was ok or the manager would have walked outside to check on her once she found out what happened. I guess she felt it might be unsafe to go outside with my 12 year old daughter there. The up side of things; we did get a refund on our money after the actual store manager found out about everything. Either way, we wont be back and based on the other reviews here, they wont care.

As I was reading several of the negative reviews, I began to wonder if some of the Reviewers werent out just to "trash" talk to receive their money back. Yes there are people out there who do that. I have eaten at this local DQ several times either a quick pick up, with my family, or with a bigger group. Each visit has been dealt with by a quick. efficient and customer friendly staff. The food quality has always been above standard for "fast" food. The fries and chicken have always been hot. The burgers right off the grill. This happens each visit not just one time. Even during their busiest time the staff are always courteous and apologetic for the delay. Im fine with waiting 10 to 15 minutes for hot food. Heck it takes longer than that to prep your food at home for cook. Im not saying people dont have a right to their opinion but instead of being so demeaning in their review or the way you represent your concerns at the establishment maybe next time you should try to lead by example. Give them suggestions (in a calmly manner) on how to improve an area where you see needs improving. Dont eat the food then complain harshly as you leave or when you get near an electronic device. Anyway bottom line of my review is GREAT JOB to the staff of Dairy Queen keep it up!

7/10 times Ive been at this particular location, my order is consistently wrong. My receipt is always correct, but the food is wrong. I speak quite clearly and am sure to enunciate my words, yet still, no matter what, -WRONG.- If I order and pay for a bacon cheeseburger, I expect a bacon cheeseburger. Theyre more expensive than a regular cheeseburger for the specific addition of bacon, which my burger always lacks.

Great food, does close at 10pm on the dot so they seem a little annoyed when you come after 9 or so. Their pre-made ice cream cakes in the lobby fridge are awesome and theyre great about adding whatever words you need atop, for those like me who need last minute happy birthday wishes. Always enjoy my blizzards, Ive only received one that was sincerely inadequately "candied" and Ive purchased my fair share here.

I ordered the barbecue chicken fingers that they claimed to have. Nope, they gave me the original chicken fingers and didnt realize it (we did drive-thru) until we got home. So I paid extra for the dang thing. Customer service is terrible,very impatient, and the food ridiculous, I found a hair. I dont know what happened to this place, it used to be great. Seriously youre better off at another Dairy Queen.

We bought an ice cream cake to celebrate a birthday. But this cake had no fudge and barley any chocolate & crunch they are cutting back on these ingredients to make more money but all they are getting is this bad review and a complaint.

Went for a breakfast ham biscuit and was shocked! I was with four other ladies. We were driving and opened our biscuit to see the ham and the two little pieces in it were barely big enough for a bite. Never saw such a thing!

Unsweet tea was rancid and had to be poured out. Fries were hard as rocks and had bad aftertaste ingredients poorly placed on cheeseburger and were sliding off sundae had very little syrup. Very unhappy customer here!

DQ is not what it used to be in the old days. However, at this location, Eddie is great in the morning. He has been there since I was a kid. I am now in my 40s. Breakfast is great...because of him.
