This location was absolutely terrible. Every step of the process was horrible. From ordering, to paying, order accuracy and food quality. When ordering, we were told they didnt have bacon ready to make the sandwich my husband wanted and they wanted us to order something else. So, instead he ordered two double cheeseburgers. I ordered the tendercrisp sandwich meal and was told it would take a while to cook (as if they were again trying to deter us from ordering what we wanted). When paying, they asked if I wanted a receipt to which I responded yes. They ran out of receipt paper. So, we waited a few minutes while they scrambled to find paper. When they were unable to reprint our receipt I told them to forget about it (convenient for them). After we received our food, I told my husband to pull to the side so I could check our order. We were missing a double cheeseburger. So, I grabbed the food bags and walked up to the door. The lobby was locked. This, I know, is the case after a certain time. However, this just added to the experience. So, now even more annoyed, I walked up to the drive thru window. Ill admit, I did this just to be a jerk. I stood behind the car at the window and waited. Once acknowledged, I let them know they missed a sandwich. I waited for them to make it and then we left. I unwrap my sandwich to see a tomato the size of a half dollar, a huge mess of mayo and a few small shreds of lettuce. Yet again, another hot mess. The fries were cold (seemed old and recooked). They were also caked with so much salt that I feared for my kidneys. Starving after a long day, I decided to attempt to eat them. The only way this was possible was by taking a napkin and wiping all of the salt off of each individual fry. Its really not that hard... I have worked the restaurant industry... You just have to try. I could have lived with the no bacon, switch your sandwich order. I could have lived with no receipt. But then adding the messed up order and horrible food, completely ridiculous.

Last time I had ordered chicken nuggets, surprise surprise theyre out of the sauce I want. A few of the nuggets had wet spots, not grease or oil but wet spots.. I keep giving this place chances, clearly management doesnt care. Will never eat here again. Second time this happened, Sat (for 2-3 minutes, twice) in drive through during their open hours (about 10pm) and no one came on the speaker even after asking multiple times. While driving out there was a car leaving the pickup window and there was a worker inside. There were no signs that the box was broken. One night they ran out of burgers on a Saturday night. BURGER KING ran out of BURGERS. I instead asked what chicken sandwiches had tomatoes, they had no idea but said I could add it to a regular one, so thats what I did. What a waste of money, the chicken patty was tasteless and had the texture of a soggy sponge, had too much breading and not enough crispness to it. If you do go, which I wouldnt recommend - be careful driving in the parking lot due to the massive pot holes right at the entrance/exit.

I and my husband never get what we order from this BK. In our opinion, the place should be closed. They still owe us a Whopper for screwing up our order one of the numerous times, but we know we will never get it. My husband ordered me a Junior Whopper and the Cheetos Chicken Fingers and the obese worker told my husband they would cost extra money. My husband told her that it didnt matter and that he wanted the chicken fingers because that is what his wife, me, wanted. She still wouldnt give them to him and continued to argue with him, so my husband blew up at her for good reason. If I knew I wasnt getting the chicken fingers, I would have ordered the full-sized Whopper instead. Also, we did not get the receipt and we didnt get any napkins. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back to this BK, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and BK headquarters about the extraordinary poor service at this BK. I gave this BK one star only because I had to; otherwise, I couldnt post this. I would give this BK negative stars if I had the chance.

Our house nearly had an electrical fire. The power company had to turn off our electricity. We came in at very close to closing time and the guys working tonight were so sweet and let us stay in the dining room so we could relax for a moment after having to run around and find somewhere for our 3 year old to stay. And make dozens of phone calls. We told them what happened and they were so welcoming and nice and one even asked if we had a place to stay. Im sure people coming in at the last minute can be annoying for anyone (although they never seemed annoyed at all) but they were so sympathetic and sweet I was very touched. The kindness was very welcomed after what happened. It really showed me how you can meet some wonderful people anywhere. And having some quick food was very nice. Burger King got it right when they hired these guys. An act of kindness goes a long way. It meant a lot to me tonight. Thanks guys! Im going to call corporate and tell them how awesome you are!

Placed two orders and when I got to the window, they said the deep fryers werent working (okay can accept that, stuff like this is common in the food industry) so I cancelled the second order, the lady still charged me for the orders for food that I cancelled and refused to refund me. She offered for an extra drink, who needs two drinks for one person? Also the frys were salty enough to kill a small retirement home of old people. I love salt but this was some barbaric salt levels, like "would you like a side of fry with your salt" level.

I ordered 3 rodeo Cheese burgers and one of them only had bread, cheese, onion rings and barbeque sauce. NO BURGER! I was attending a soccer tournament in the area so no time to go back. I had to feed my children so I ended up hungry with low blood sugar. When I called to notify them, the girl on the phone didnt even have the decency to apologize. Some people eat to live, not live to eat so when your food is not there it can cause serious problems. All i ask for is a little competency when fixing food orders.

Did the order of items 3 times to the drive-thru get up and the foods wasnt even ready the pop machine was broken they had to go to the lobby to get our drinks we had for some drinks and 4 double cheeseburger meal tried to call and complain and nobody wont answer the phone poor customer service the pops were flat and the food was not hot there will be another Burger King off our checklist and not getting any of our business again we didnt even get a sorry or a good night and no receipt

Im surprised this place got so many bad reviews? Almost all my experiences here have been good. The food is always better than the other fast food burger places nearby and in up-town Pinckney. Ive never got any old cold food and the people have always been great...always my experience after having been there quite a few times.
