Fries tasted like very old grease, had to throw away one burger because it tasted bad (like it had sat out way too long before being cooked, it had a bad almost sour taste.) Tried their Cheesesteak sandwich and there was no beef, only bacon. Worst restaurant weve ever been to. A complete waste of money. Contacted corporate to complain, didnt get any response.

This review is not so much against the staff but the establishment as a whole. The restaurant needs some serious upgrades and cleaning. The service is very slow even when there are very few customers. The food can be a hit or miss at times. I believe with more training and some clean up this restaurant could better serve customers.

Went the other day and got their cheap 4 for $3 meal, the burger was really good (for fast food), the apple tart deal was great as well. The fries though were extremely sub-par to what I expect from checkers, they had a real plastic taste to them. Not sure what was going on that day but I wasnt too satisfied.

The place was dirty from what I could see from the drive in window and they didnt even get my order right. then the food wasnt as good as I know it usually is... If I had been in Decutur it would have been way better.. So I guess I wont be going to eat there no time soon...

I sat in drive through for 5 mins b4 anyone said anything, then they said one min waited another 5 mins went to the other drive through only to get the exact same thing terrible customer service so went to McDonalds and was in and out in less then 5 mins.

54 minutes for 5 cars they had to fix my order and as I drove off realized they had charged me wrong and not gave me my full order. It has been years since I have eaten here and because of this it will be years again.

My favorite place to eat in Gainesville when it comes to fast food. Loaded milkshakes, loaded fries, and $2 chicken boxes ( a handful of chicken poppers and a handful of fries). The banana pie milkshake is the bomb!

Its the only checkers in Gainesville so I cant really complain too much. It really needs to be renovated. Would be great if the one in oakwood would open back up as it was in a better neighborhood.

Checkers is the place for good fast food. The $2 chicken bite box is the best bang for buck out there. The only down side is that the drive through normally has a wait.
