I love Taco Bell, but unfortunately, I have to come to this location. Ive been here countless times and almost always have issues with my order. They forget stuff and last time gave me a bag of nacho chips that was nothing but crumbs. Today was by far the worst. They messed up multiple peoples orders while I was there, including my own. Then, when asked to have it corrected, the employees argue with the customers and among themselves. The person working register was very rude when people said that something was incorrect. They kept arguing with each other behind the counter for the whole restaurant to see and hear. I wish there was another location around because I would not come back if there was!

Its one of the better Taco Bells. The staff is efficient and mature and in the years Ive been going here, Ive never had a problem with an order. Plus, they tend to fill the tacos and burritos a bit more so its a better bang for your buck. And because one reviewer gave it a bad review because of kitchen buzzers: If the sound of kitchen buzzers annoys you so much that youre unable to eat, you should probably see an audiologist or a sensory specialist.

Visited this place on the wrong day. The kids from South Lyon Millennium Middle School decided to meet here today. They totally trashed the place. These kids were totally out of control. There was trash all over the place, kids standing on tables and seats, using foul language. They were absolute animals. Just makes you wonder how parents are raising their kids these days.

id rate them a negative 10 if i could. takes forever to get the food and when u do its straight crap! not only do they mess up ur food, but if u ask them to fix it, they are a holes about it and ruin the food and mess it up more. ive given this location chance after chance; never again. they need alllll new employees. even the management sucks.

Good points: much of the staff is kind and helpful. I love custom food so often go in and end up enjoying pleasant conversation during my wait. Bad: most of the time the freezy machine is down and when using the drive-thru my orders are rarely correct no matter if I custom order or not. Ive even had the meat missing from my taco, lol.

I cant believe I have to give this place even 1 star. Just waited 25 minutes for my easy order. Workers took their time, while manager just stood around and talked. Nothing is worse than waiting that long for your food while watching them joke around. Oh and after all that, they forgot something on my order. What a joke.

Friendly, courteous people. My food was prepared accurately, quickly, and neatly (not half in the shell or barely wrapped like some places do). Topping off my pleasant experience was to learn that candy and a wet-wipe were added to my bag. This is now my favorite TB location!!!

For someone who come here everyday... and has to re go thru the drive thru everyday or tell the workers inside they missed something or got something wrong... everytime. And Im not picky what so ever, but Ive never been to somewhere that messs up somewhere so much

If you enjoy taking your meal home to microwave, then this is the place for you! I love Taco Bell but seriously F*** the south Lyon t bell. Youre job really isnt that hard. Come on.. its honestly just sad. The food is usually cold and really not worth it .

The food was good. The service however was absolutely terrible. I had to wait half an hour for just tacos with only one person ahead of me and they didnt even give me my drink. They do not show any concern for the service to the customers.

Good ol taco Bell never ceases to amaze me. My favorite thing (because deep down I am kind of a sad person) is getting a whole bunch of taco Bell and pigging out while I mow down several beers at the local brewery.
