My experience was definitely not a pleasant one this morning. I decided to order inside instead of through the app like I normally do. This was a major mistake. Not only was I forced to wait, even though I was the only one in line, but the cashier/only person up front in the store was not very pleasant to deal with. Her name was Taj according to the receipt. Once she made it over to take my order she rushed me through the process but neglected to ask if I was a reward member so I could enter my phone number or if I wanted my receipt. She also didnt verify my order like every other worker who has made my order in the past (my order had two boosters). I later asked for my receipt because she walked away so fast after taking my cash order. She didnt even wash her hands after handling cash (not sure of your policy but its usually more than one worker in the store as well so this has never been an issue). She was very rude in this situation as well. She told me "for future reference if you want a receipt you have to tell us because it wont print one" in a very condescending tone of voice. Kind of funny that she said it wont print one since the copy of the receipt I received said "reprint". Not to mention I have always received a receipt in the few instances I ordered inside.

We loved Jamba since we lived in California. Great drinks, very friendly staff, and a wonderful environment. When we moved to Michigan, we were sad that there wasnt any Jamba for us to enjoy. But when we heard this place opened, we were overjoyed to come here. Same thing as it was in California. Lovely staff who greet us as we enter, same quality drinks, and a friendly environment. I really hope this place doesnt close down because this is the best place to get smoothies in the summer :)

I frequent Jamba Juice Ann Arbor and my experiences are nothing short of positive. I am always greeted immediately upon walking in with friendly smiles and great energy from the staff. The staff is very knowledgeable about the product and they answer any and all questions. I have tried a ton of different items on the menu and they are all absolutely fantastic. I am so glad Jamba is finally in Michigan!

This Jamba Juice is amazing. The staff is always friendly and inviting. My order is perfect every time and the quality is amazing. I am usually there is the morning and the staff and the manager are always friendly. The manager even greets me by name. So glad to see one open in Ann Arbor!
