Horrible service! The girl who runs the counter is so incredibly rude all the time! She left me waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes while she cleaned tables, it was clear that she knew we were waiting but continued to clear and wipe tables and when she finally came to the window she didnt greet me at all! I waited an additional 11 minutes before I parked and went in to find my order (4 tamales) just sitting on the counter.... Cold! She told me she didnt appreciate the way I walked in and that I should have waited in my car, then..... She ASKED FOR MY NAME more than once..... this is one of many rude incodents with her. The food is good but she wont even take your to go order. Ive called to place an order and she will repeatedly hang the phone up! Now I take my to go orders to bjs or to mi cocina where the service is better. This girl over charged me and refused to give the money back, she rolls her eyes and is snappy, Many people have said theyll never come back because of the service! Most of the reviews on different sites say this exact same thing. Good food, horrible service!

I had this food once and was delicious! So much that I decided I wanted to order dinner for the whole family and get it on my way home from work. Tried calling to place my pickup order multiple times at 8:30 while on my way across town out of my way to support this business and I pull up at 8:45 and the drive thru open light is on and they will not take my order saying they stop making food at 8:30 so they can leave by 9:00. That is NOT what the website hours states, that is not what the answering machine for the company states, that is pure laziness and false advertising and when I was ignored at the drive up window I finally waved someone over to ask why I couldnt place an order while they are open I recieved nothing but attitude. I prefer service and respect more than the taste of your food and will gladly spend my money at any other Mexican food establishment around flint instead of this place. Poco loco burned a good word of mouth bridge faster than they built it.

Poco Loco has been around for a few years now, and I can honestly say you cant beat their prices/quality of their food. If youre thinking about spending 5 bucks at taco bell because they are cheap, I would have everyone reconsider to spend 5 bucks here. The staff and owner are always professional and courteous. You can tell the owner is dedicated because over the years Poco Loco constantly shows improvement not only in food quality but in the appearance of the little cafe style restaurant. Thank you for such a great small business and Im glad this place is still around.

Wow... fantastic food! Actually had to order a second helping because it was so good. $5.75 for a lunch and $.90 taco Tuesday? Absolutely! The only thing I thought would be a drawback was that they have very little seating and no bottles of hot sauce for the table, but even though it was busy and somewhat full we did get a table immediately. The waitress took personal responsibility for our wait and apologized not just to us but to other customers, even though the wait wasnt very long and it wasnt her fault! Fantastic.

Terrible customer service over the phone. Rude and rushed to the point I no longer was enthusiastic enough to spend money. Also they state on front of the menu tjat it is a $1 per mile dwlivery charge, of which they only travel 5 miles. They still chose to insist charging me 3 dollars to drive half a mile sown the SAME street. While my truck is in the transmission shop. Not that Im cheap, however, if you want my $30 you better act like it. They failed to do so ...I cancled my order. #FPOCOLOCO

The worse place I been to. Customer service was horrible the young lady thru the menu to me it was my first time there. She was not smiling not friendly or nothing it was around noon I tried to order my food. The lunch special my refried beans were cold and dry my rice was try and my other food was ok. I should have went to taco bell.

Falling apart !!! Terrible customer service. A young lady that worked for them at the front desk was very disrespectful,had a terrible additude , and she didnt mind you were waiting for 10 minutes to get just your order in . I do not recommend coming here. The workers are ruining this resturant !!! Hire new respectful workers.

Will never order anything from them again. Try charging 30 dollars for a 20 dollar delivery order. The time before they screwed up my food and it wasnt very good. You dont try to rip off regular customers. If the delivery driver is expecting 10 dollar tips with a delivery then he needs to find a different job!

I would Never STEP in the CRAPPY Establishment ever AGAIN.. I went in with my Wife and kids one evening.. our Food was Ice Cold when we got it .. The Refried beans tasted like they were outta a can and the Rice was Freaking DRY barely any Flavor.. I will EAT Dog Food before I eat There AGAIN..

Terrible experience. We were ignored, the guy barely spoke when he did wait on us and then they started letting people go in front of us. Will never go back. My advice would be to be friendlier to the new customers.
