Ok, so i was on my way to work, went through the drivethrough and ordered my food, went to reach for my wallet and it wasnt there, oops i forgot my wallet, i asked the kid in the drive through if i could come back and pay for it tomorrow, he said hed have to ask the manager, so he leaves the window and a few seconds later all i hear is a man yelling "NO!" i could tell all the employees within sight were uncomfortable with this guy, a girl came to the window and said "sorry its against store policy to give food away", i wasnt asking for it for free but i wasnt gonna argue, i said "OK, sorry for the trouble" and left, im not mad they didnt give me the food, if anything im dissatisfied with how that manager handled the situation, he could have come and talked to me directly and tried to be helpful, but no he just yelled and walked away with a cocky, im the boss attitude.

Ive come to this location twice around 10:40 and they honestly cant try less to hide their conpletw desire not to help you. The first time I told them I would come back some other time and they were delighted to see me leave. The next time I came to them drive through. 10:40 and they said they werent making chicken anymore. But I want to pay for it. With money. So we dont get that but we order a crunchy potato griller. Were given the price and pull forward. The woman at the window says "WERE NOT MAKING THE POTATOES ANYMORE TONIGHT, SORRY" as they are saying that they are cutting off the lights outside for the drive through WHILE IM USING IT. so all I can assume is that you dont want my money and that even though you close at 11 your employees are allowed to convey a complete disinterest in their customers until you are uncomfortable enough to leave

Its Hit or Miss with this location! Ive been to this particular location a few times now... It always seems to teeter totter in the customer service department, as well as quality of fast food. This visit was the worst one Ive had! After debating whether they could make something that is no longer on the menu (and we KNOW they make it as we pick it up weekly), and being told to park in the lot to await our food, it was 35 MINUTES at the drive through! A location I will not visit again after tasting what they provided at the 30 minute mark!

When we walked in, this combo Taco Bell/KFC was so packed, I thought about turning around. Im glad we didnt because these guys worked really hard to get everybody served. There had been a large KFC order just before we arrived that had them scrambling. They were so fast, we didnt have a very long wait and our order was CORRECT. The place was clean, the food was hot and made right. Really great experience. My only complaint would be no condiments were out, sauce packets, lemon/sugar for the tea.

My family and I went to this Taco Bell for dinner on a Friday night, wasnt extremely busy but they had no ice for the drinks, then all sodas were flat. It took 3 people telling the employees they were flat before anything was done. Some of the employees were helpful, some were very rude not only to me but others as well. Not going back, if I want Taco Bell I will go to another one.

The people were RUDE. Went threw the drive thru and still had to go in to complete my order.She knew the order wasnt complete by her reactions. No apology, handed the food to me.The desert item I got was over fried and nothing but grease. It is a Very Disappointed place . I dont see how you are still open. If this service continues like this youre better off closing this location.

Give the guy in the drive thru a raise/promotion. By FAR the most polite and professional employee at that place. Not to mention, hes probably the reason 90% of your female customers keep coming back, if ya know what I mean. It shouldnt be hard to figure out which guy Im talking about.

I am done with this place. The whole staff has a bad attitude everytime i go in. They skrewed up my order not once but twice today. And this has happened before. The staff needs to be changed before i go back. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL/KFC.

We arrived at 10:48, lights were off and the place was closed. Im very disappointed and so is my child. We are hungry and like Taco Bell. I thought they closed at 11. I saw someone through the window but they wouldnt recognize my attendance.

I went by here twice now. Both on Friday nights, around 11:30 pm. Everything online says that on Friday they are open until 1am. Both times, they were closed. Lights out and locked up.
