WIsh I could give 0 stars. The morning shift employees have a clock of their own and are not ready to go a little after 6 AM. I had to honk and yell at the drive through window just to get someone to take my order - and then they treat me like I was intruding... Not a good morning, or even a hello. They did not give me my receipt, the did not ask me if I wanted ketchup, and honestly I felt like after having to yell and honk for 5 mins to get my order taken I would not be surprised if they did something unsavory to my food (I made sure to check very closely). I was also not asked if I wanted ketchup or salt. Very poor location, very poor service - I hate to say it, but go to McDonalds right across the street - I dont think any other nearby fast food joint could be worse.

I mustve been in on the same day as Bill below. The middle aged Caucasian female manager was not pleasant at all. It also seems like the medium fries box is smaller at this location, if its not smaller she definitely didnt put a full order in the box as the picture I posted shows. I actually took the box up to ask if it was a medium because it seemed so small, I never got to ask because she looked at me, turned around and walked away. I did go back a few days later and had a perfectly normal experience only due to special ordering everything. However, the normal experience did not make me forget about the bad service I received a few days earlier.

Very rude and unfriendly in the drive thru. I was the only there so I know they werent busy. My breakfast sandwich was smashed down, hash browns were cold. No ketchup and the person in the window didnt even stay long enough for me to ask for some salt and ketchup. Horrible.

Just another typical experience at this horrible Burger King not sure what her name is but the African-American female manager on dayshift in the mornings is always rude, swearing & never opens on time. Thanks for making me late to work by wasting my time...

This is a horrible location, that no one should consider visiting. Upon my visit last week inside the restaurant, I noticed the manager and crew preparing food without gloves and the employees were rude and were arguing back with customers.
