Being attached to a hotel I had high(er) hopes for this sports bar. Nice decor and lighting. Plenty of tvs. However, service was lacking and the food leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arriving and sitting at the bar, the bartender passed by me multiple times without acknowledging me (like "be right with you" or even a "hi"). Service was polite when I finally got it and I placed my order. Ten seconds later as the order was being entered into the computer I was asked what I had ordered. I placed my order again. Some time passed and about the time I started wondering where my food was, I was informed that the wrong food item has been put into the computer despite my previous clarification. Needless to say, I had to wait longer for my food. Once my steak finally arrived, it was overcooked and had absolutely no seasoning although the menu said it was seasoned with Montreal seasoning. I asked for a cup of Montreal seasoning expecting them to be out, but they did, in fact, have some (why it was not cooked on the steak I am not sure). In addition to fair service and food, the prices are relatively high. $24 for a steak is certainly not a good value. Also, I heard another patron order a Bud Light draft (not sure why) and the cost was $5....on a Wednesday night. My vote? Steer clear if possible.

Dont meet youre friends here after 11:30.. At first scoreboard seams to have the perfect sports bar atmosphere, until you go inside. Live bands dont belong in sports bars. its hard to watch a game when theres a band screaming in youre ear. dispite not being able to hear myself think i decided to stick it out for the night. with not even a dart board in sight i decide to get an app. the nachos had more cheese than chips (bad ratio).. But what really bothered me about scoreboard was that they would not let my girlfriend in at 11:45 aparently they dont allow anyone to enter after 11:30. even when she offered not to get a bracelet the bouncer would not budge. sorry scoreboard you lost some customers with that one...

We came out here because we heard about how top notch their sports bar was and were really happy with our entire experience--from tasty food that was reasonably priced to an impressive array of screens to a decent drink selection. What we hadnt explicitly heard about was how great their service is--they go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and thats probably why this place commands the loyalty of the local crowd as well as visitors so well. They also do a great breakfast/brunch (super for those international games!) and Greg will take good care of you! Thanks for the memorable visits and looking forward to returning soon!

I went here while trying out new restaurants a couple months ago. I sort of wanted real dinner so I made the mistake of ordering something that wasnt bar food. The fettucine was suggested by the waitress and it was probably the worst fettucine that Ive ever had. It was overcooked, the fettucine sauce was not well flavored and soupy, and the chicken was poor quality. She was very friendly though and I imagine if you just want wings and beer and to watch the game, this would be a fine establishment. Its just not really much of a grill, there are far better options in the area.

The band was awesome but the venue is horrible. The wait for service is about a half hour for each visit from a wait person . The worst was that I was there with my daughter, who is 20 years old. No problem walking in, but when she went to the bathroom, they wouldnt let her back in. Apparently at some time of night the place becomes 21 plus. They do not let you know this and they are VERY gruff and abrupt about this. They did not let her back in and we had to pay for stuff we had to leave at the table. I will never return to this location for any reason.

I went with my boyfriend on a sunday night, so it was pretty quiet. but it was really nice inside, and the seats at the table were really comfortable. we had the spinach and artichoke dip and it was awesome. he got the lobster roll and said it was good but had too much mayo. i got the southwestern/chicken salad. it didnt have as much chicken as i would have liked, but it was still good and the tortilla bowl was really good, not flaky but more dense like a tortilla chip. well probably go back, maybe suggest it to friends for a night out.

I go to the scoreboard fairly regularly and I recommend it highly. The burgers and wings are very good. The waitresses are fast, efficient and very friendly... lots of smiles. The only thing I dont like about the Scoreboard is that its difficult to watch a game because the sound on all the TVs is turned down and theyre always playing music. Id rather listen to the game. Worse, on Friday and Saturday nights they have live bands that are way too loud for the size of the lounge. If not for the "audio" problem, Id give it five stars.

This Bar/Resturant is inside the Crown Plaza Hotel. We ate here tonight because we were too tired to go anywhere else. Its a nice sports bar. The food was good but not great. The service was good but not great. The server was friendly. My son and wife enjoyed the French Onion Soup, while I enjoyed the Boston Chili and Dry Rub Chicken Wings. Again, nothing bad, but not great. Apparently its going to be crowded tonight (Friday) because there will be a live band, but while we were there from 7-8 on a Friday, it was not crowded.

I had heard about Scoreboard Sports Bar and Grill from the radio. The atmosphere was ok...see BWW...ect...I ordered pork tips and my daughter ordered a plain hamburger. Both were over cooked and the 10 tips I received were way overpriced. Front desk looked like they could not care if we were there or not. Our server Michael was great!! The food sucked!! I will NOT be returning very disappointed!!

A great atmosphere! Friendly and professional staff! My husband and I went for dinner on Friday night. The crabcakes are delicious. The dirty martinis are great! The hubby had quesadillas and draft beer and was also pleased with his food! We went a little early and the place fills up fast! Lots of fun. Highly recommend.

As an out-of-towner looking for a place that had many options of baseball on and decent food/drink. I was worried at first that it was part of a hotel (Holiday Inn, I think?) but there was nothing wrong in the end. It was a bit pricey, but everything in Mass is expensive.

Good place to drink with a good beer selection, watch sports, people watch. A responsive staff unlike earlier review said. Food is typical of the regional bar fare; not great. Penne pasta was OK. Steak tips are good. My med rare burger was burnt, but arent they always?
