Amazing Find! Great food, great music, great service & great prices! It would be 5 Stars, but only 1/2 of the restaurant has the atmosphere to earn 5 stars. The bar and dining area inside the back (?) entrance on King St is absolutely beautiful. The brick walls, woodwork, candlelit counters, lighting, upscale chairs/tables makes you feel like you stepped into a nice restaurant in Chelsea in Manhattan. With absolutely amazing jazz music playing (not too loudly to hold a conversation comfortably - bravo!!)...it all comes together to make a really great atmosphere. The food was delicious, the prices were beyond reasonable, and the service was excellent. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 Stars: the restaurant has two sections and 2 entrances; the entrance on North St is so uninspiring that I walked right past it earlier in the evening while looking for a restaurant, and never even gave it a second glance. I would not have entered through that entrance, in part, because the temporary sign up on the awning leaves much to be desired and the lighting is very different; it almost looks like a take-out joint. There is no sign on the entrance around the corner on King St, but that side of the restaurant is truly appealing. Just park by DMV, walk up the pedestrian mall and the entrance is on the right, across from Sugar Shack. The candles in the window should catch your eye. This is one you dont want to miss!!
