UPDATE ~ I just received a call back from Pasquales and spoke to the owner, they must have gotten my phone number from caller ID. If/when we order again he would like me to let him know so he can oversee the making of my pizza to see what is going on. I will post if/when we order again and see if there are any improvements. ~The last couple of times we have picked up pizza we have not been happy. The staff is typically great but....The sauce seems to have changed and the toppings are not as flavorful as they have been in the past. This used to be our go to pizza restaurant and now we unfortunately need to look at some other options. I did call to let them know about our experience and was told that they have not changed their sauce and that it is possible our pizza was made by a new kid in the kitchen. Either way we have given it a couple of chances and now we need to look elsewhere... I miss Davios :)

Just left worst dinner ever. Iam a cook been in the industry 16 years. My girlfriend ordered pasta primavera and i ordered veal, veal was over cooked marsala was watery and under reduced they use crap wine and the primavera was flavorless and veg was way over cooked best part of the meal was the wine because they didnt make it. The worst part ofit all wad are waitress was good but told her the problems saw her talking to owner and no came over to rectify the problem and no compensation was made for are meals . Don t waste your time or money.

Great, great place! While driving through Massachusetts with my family, I just went back after not eating here since living in Westfield as a kid in the very early 80s, and the pizza and service has not changed in 30 years. Im glad some things dont ever change. We used to eat here every week and I remember why. Great pizza and Italian food and GREAT FAMILY SERVICE. Please dont ever change.

Authentic southern Italy cuisine. Meals served with pizza bread, soup or salad. I enjoyed my shrimp fra diablo very much. The chicken marsala was great, lighter sauce as listed in the menu. We will definitely be dining there again. Family oriented, family priced. The meat sauce looked enticing, on the hit list.

Pasquales is one of our favorite places to go. The food is great! They have remodeled recently. The only complaint I have is when the grandmother sits at a table and glares at us while we are having conversations, laughing, and catching up! Its a family restaurant.

Usually a great place to get pizza, but have someone who speaks clear English answering the phone. I tried multiple times to place an order for pick-up, but because I couldnt understand the woman on the other side of the call, they lost a sale

THE Best Pizza in Western Ma. and for that matter, Id probably also state, the whole USA. Ive been to the West Coast many a time, and they do NOT know how to do Pizza. Its an East Coast thing, and nobody does it better than Pasquales!

Always good food, and now they deliver! We do need to ask for extra sauce on spaghetti because theres never enough. But over all the service and food is excellent!

The sauce they use on their pizza is absolute garbage. I remember going here when I was a kid and not liking it, I tried it 20 years later and its still the same.
