I entered the place with my family to order some pizza. My sister was 19 at the time. The person behind the bar confronted us as we entered and said, "Nobody under 21 is allowed inside. Cant you see the sign?" He made us feel ridiculous in front of the other customers, which included a young boy of no more than 5. If youre going to enforce a policy, dont embarrass the customer. And more importantly, enforce it to ALL of your patrons. My family and I have never been back.

The Blacksheep Tavern is a gem of a place. Its a great "Locals" hangout, with fantastic musical acts performing there on a regular basis. Sunday is their weekly BAh Jam @ 2:pm. It features many guests and is hosted by A Ton of Blues, who recently r3epresented Boston in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN. The food is great, atmosphere is great (especially the deck in summer) but get there early the place fills up fast!

Best pizza in at least a 15 mile radius, that is, if you like NY-style pie. This is the closest youll get. Bar drinks mixed well. Great service. Trivia, karaoke, and decent live music. Nice, friendly patrons. Deck for warm weather. Great bar-food menu. Cozy, warm place to hang

Tasteful, comfortable tavern with good lineup of musicians, notably the outstanding Tony Soul Project. Great pizza. Try the grilled Rueben Sandwich (I tried to try, but there was a mixup, and will try again - kitchen closes at 9).

One of my favorite places to just hang and relax. Dont come by when they have a band or other event, for me not as relaxed as I like it. But always a good place for some bar food or great pizza and a few beers

Best BLT pizza I have had in years! They put the cold toppings on the side (separate container, so the lettuce and such wouldn’t wilt). Excellent!
