A thousand Kudos to "Ruby Tuesday" in Worcester — especially my server, Ashley, and Culinary Manager, Stacy. Out and about after work doing errands and needed to eat. I always thought this restaurant was a hamburger joint...which I guess it was when it first opened. I just have to rave about two of the sides they offered: spaghetti squash and grilled zucchini. (I opted out of the salad bar as I didnt want to not be able to eat my dinner.) And I was able to get a petite steak (@ 6 oz; took half home). My first impression about the establishment was so good — from the hostesses to my waitress Ashley — that I asked to speak with the manager. Stacy spent a good 5-10 minutes chatting with me. I figured that was the end. My entire experience was a nice surprise on a rainy Friday night. I will return again and again.

This is the second time Ive been here and had the salad bar. The first time the lettuce was wilted and brown. This time they were completed out of mixed greens. The guy cleaning the area said he would be right back with the lettuce. After waiting over 5 minutes and no return I went with another kind. I told the hostess when i arrived I was meeting someone. After I waited 5 minutes for her to after talk to me she decided to seat others first. To bad my friend had already been sat 10 minutes prior and told the hostess the same thing. I had parmesan shrimp pasta. The portion was small. The shrimp was suppose to be spicy. Whole it had spices on them there was no taste. The waiter was prompt and attentive.

I was going alot awhile back because it was close to home when one day the host seat me and my daughter and left us there for 20mins I counted every min watch no server come over I reported it to the manger and didnt even care so I tried one more time today and let me tell u we were seated and it was busy and we never got biscuits the server said she doesnt like giving to ppl when there hard but gives them to another table dont get me wrong she was very nice and quick it everything but it made me realize I was right not to come back and my chicken was over cooked I hate that place longhorn is so much better

Food was okay. I asked for onion rings instead of fries and my date got the fries. I recieved about 10 onion rings while he got about 20 fries. So the ring:fry ratio was horrid. The waitress was good but the variety of drinks wasnt. There was Coke, Diet Coke, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, and Water if I remember correctly. The only other good thing would be the desserts. I got the Caramel Crunch Cake and my boyfriend got the Apple Crunch Skillet. He hated it so much we shared my Caramel Cake, which was really good and I would honestly go to the restaurant just for the dessert.

The waitress was very nice and friendly. The burgers were okay. We asked for tap water and it tasted like used dish water. Most disgusting water and im from the area i know what tap water is supposed to taste like. They ruined the salad bar. Wed go every other month just for the salad bar. All the new items lowered the quality of everything on it. Almost everything looked like it was turning brown and it was all chopped into pea sized so the tongs were useless. Unless they change back to the old salad bar we wont be back.

I called in an order to pick up. When we arrived 25 minutes after we ordered there were too many employees to count but apparently only the bartender could help us with the order. After waiting five minutes to talk to the bartender he informed us that our order had not been written down and thus was not made. So we placed the order (2nd time) and kindly ordered a drink and waited at the bar. The food came out 20 minutes later and we were charge full price for everything, no comp on the drinks or food and NO APOLOGY.

Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite restaurants. Tonight meal was delicious as always. Didnt get the waiter name but he was very knowledgeable very help full and very professional. Because of my diet I requested that my food is blend. Yes I got what I order and it was delicious. My daughter also enjoyed her salmon meal. Keep up the good work. We dont have nice relaxing comfortable restaurants in this area. Ruby Tuesday will always be my #1 choice. Thank you for your service

Place is just nasty. I am a regular at Rubys but first/last time at this one. Carpeting is disgusting. Like it is full of mold or something. Service was below average. Just disinterested and unengaging. food was poor quality by Rubys standards. Would have brought the cold potato skins and worthless lobster tail to server or managers attention but neither appeared. Give this one a miss folks. I saw little hope here.

Salad bar was well policed and well stocked. food was done well. New Orleans fish dish was smaller than I expected based on a very deceptive menu photograph, but very satisfying. Waitstaff well trained, including helping single mother with crying baby.

The waitress was super nice but more than half of what were ordered was either wrong, disgusting burnt oil tasting, or had mystery food mixed in it. Ive been to this place 3 times....esch time similar shame on me at this point. Never again.

Went on a whim with Brother and Sister in law. Great pub food (bacon burger, fries, and salad bar), excellent service, super affordable, chill music, and good vibes. I dont dine out much these days. Thanks for a nice dining experience.

We waited almost an hour without any drinks and they had very bad service. There was also an obnoxious smell almost like someone was smoking, they used some type of cologne that almost mad it smell worse. So we left hungry and annoyed.

They are very nice to me and my family always. The food always taste great and they are on point at the table the service is fast. I had a older gentlemen serve me and he was very nice to my 8 month old son.

This is really a pretty good chain restaurant. The food is usually very good. The burgers here are great. The self-service salad bar is also usually really good. The service is always friendly.

Chain restaurant staff is friendly but it seems like at many chains there interactions with the customers are scripted. The food is pretty basic "pub" fair and they also have a large salad bar.

This place has gone down hill. Small Portions, bad food, high prices. Its no wonder why they had to close so many stores! They need to get it together before its too late.
