Absolutely disappointed. Went for dinner on the fight night and in my 3 hours being there I was unable to get a seat. As myself and other spectators anxiously looked for tables to leave we noticed that most tables had no food and some had no drinks. They were only watching the fight. When the manager was asked if they could ask people to give up tables, he basically said "too bad". Now I am no business genius but, if I had patrons waiting for hours I would do my best to accommodate them while being courteous to the people who already finished their meals. The amount of money lost by having all tables tied up for 3 hours must be astounding . Even offering a fountain soda to the fifteen plus people waiting could have changed my perception of management. The woman next to me was pregnant and she like most of us waiting ordered our food and ate in line. Poor management on business and customer service. Need to make. Hour and half limit on seating. I honestly do not know if I will go back despite loving the food. There are multiple restaurants in the area that I know would be more courteous to their customers.

Last night me and six of my close friends went to your restaurant for the first time and that last! Our waitress Sonia paid no attention to our needs first off. Our drinks were re-filled until we had to legitimately ask another waiter. She didnt give us one smile of gratitude and completely ignored and disregarded our table. I had ordered a margarita and when I went to squeeze the lime it had been already BITTEN INTO! Absolutely disgusting. I had spoke to the manager and all she did was take it off my bill. There should be a lawsuit over this matter. It is so unsanitary, even the thought of it makes me cringe. NO ONE should be treated like we were. We got our salads AFTER already eating the wings and appetizers. Im highly appalled by the whole situation and will never go back there again. I will make sure to let my friends and family about this experience. If youre so careless to let an already eaten lime into a drink I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Disgusted

Sat pretty fast, but probably because the waitresses arnt that pretty. Mostly filled with pre pubescent boys gawking at the scantily clad women. Took forever to receive even just our basic drinks, utensils and plates; the basics. We order nachos almost imidiatly before deciding what to get. We didnt recieve the nachos until way after the bill much later after repeatedly asking for them. We ordered a 50 peice wings for the group, which you can divvy up the flavors which is nice. The boneless wings are nuggets, do not be fooled. The prices on most things were simply over priced, and dont get me started about the single carrort usually given as complimentary side for free, but they charged $3 plus meal tax for a single carrort cut up... pretty outrageous. The chicken was so so. But damn those nachos were pretty damn good, about a 8/10, and well priced too. Over all: 4/10 Service: 3/10 Prince: 4/10 Food quality 5/10 Food price 4/10 Atmosphere 5/10 Silly bathroom signs 8/10

The food wasnt anything great and with price they are at seemed too much. That is because quality wasnt there. Those that I was with ordered burgers which looked fine but wasnt put together well. The drink we had was good, but we all had non-alcoholic drinks. So, maybe that was we could tell what the quality really was. There spinach dip was good. What I had was medium boneless wings and they were overcooked and burnt. If it wasnt drench in the sauce than I wouldnt been able to eat it. The service was okay, nothing really special. Our waitress seemed to had a chip on her shoulder but she was nice and all. However, they made us wait for a booth because they had to cleaned it off. So, ended up sitting next to the bathroom and the table-top was wet. When a good booth was already open and closer. We were the only one waiting for a booth at the time. Caution you might slip, some reason they wax their title floors, so it was extra slipper when you walk.

In my multiple experiences with this location, I have been disappointed almost every time. When visiting the location, the front staff always seems to be running around seemingly not sure what is going on. Often you can expect to wait for your first service and on occasions nearly wait an hour for a simple food order (sometimes because they forgot about it in the back). Stay away from mixed drinks, as they are often a bad mix ratio. When call-in/picking up orders, they often miss something, or things are subpar in quantity or nature. They often have tons of beers on the menu that are not actually available for order. Could really go on and on about issues I have encountered. You can sometimes get what you expect to, but I often dont have high hopes.

Honestly, These were the worst wings I have ever eaten. I went one time last year, had a bad experience, and took my business to WIngs Over Worcester. Last night I had a few friends go so I figured I would give it another try. I ordered Honey BBQ wings. They were so terrible, I would actually rate them worse than Microwavable chicken figures. It was as if they were cooked in the morning and just kept on a warming tray until 9:00pm. They barely had any sauce, and were the toughest things to chew. I will not ever eat at the restaurant again. Not to mention there were two young children standing on top of the arcade machines yelling the whole time and not a single employee did anything to stop them.

Absurdly awful service for how dead the place was and how fully staffed they seemed when we got there. It took about 45 minutes for my friend and I to get our drinks from the bar, and 75 minutes in the server realizes she lost our slip. The food was ok but my friends spinach and artichoke dip was missing half of the components. The food came after about an hr and 45 mins (it was 9:45-10pm at this point) and the server implied that she made some of it herself (no thanks). We talked to the manager and he comped us for some of the bill but it was too little too late to have a positive dining experience.

I went to buffalo wild wings for the first tome today. I had my son and my 6 month old daughter with me. I have to say I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great. I ordered the small wings for an app for my entrée I had a hamburger and the potatoes wedges. ok so now for the not so great part. This place is a great bar why would you skimp on the burger it was thin and overcooked. I was expecting a nice juicy big burger. I know its a wing bar but you never skimp on the burger. Other than that I really enjoyed it.

Im a fan of Buffalo wild wings and was here when a I visited a friend and have to say its one of the better looking ones internally. Its spacious and the positioning of the seats are good for people watching. if you have ever been to a Buffalo wild wings than you know they all do look similar inside and out with minor differences. This one was very active but not busy in a bad way.. Alive with people and the staff was friendly. I had some desert here and blazing wings. As I said before, what stood out to me was the cleanliness of the location.
