It was not okay! Whatever you do if you call ask for someone who speaks and understand English cuz the girl that took my order didnt understand a word I said I couldnt understand her and had to call back and talked to someone else to double check my order and the guy said she had the wrong address and card info . The food was ok but I ordered plain lo mein and it was on the bottom of the bag all crushed with noodles coming out the sides and they were obviously overlooked or probably leftover from some other night but they were so gross. And the duck sauce in the packets were disgusting ! And the delivery guy didnt speak one word of English as well I have no idea what he was speaking but screamed at me on the phone when he got to my apartment and was at the wrong apartment . Smh . I dont think we will ever order from here again. Really disappointed.

Horrible! I ordered a delivery order of egg foo young combo with egg roll.and and 2-liter bottle of diet Pepsi. First, no diet. Egg foo young consisted of two thin, dry, crispy fried eggs with what might have been sprouts sprinkled on them, then finished off in a deep fryer (wok??), The gravy was worse -- it was Soooo salty that it positively inedible! The pork fried rices was mushy and tasteless, consisting of rice, oil, onion and a couple dark bits (pork?) and tasteless vegetable(resembled onion). onions. The egg roll appeared to be re-fried in old grease, with the insides consisting of a gray, nondescript blob of something with three of the toughest, most rubbery pieces of shrimp I have ever witnessed in my life. None of this was the delivery persons fault, so he deserved his generous tip for prompt service.

Took 2 hours for the food to get here during lunch time and the when I contacted them inquiring whats taking them so long they hung up. Food was horrible, for example their beef in the beef with broccoli was covered in flour to hide its poor quality. Their rice was not cooked all the way through, so I believe their rice is 2 days old and the appetizers were all cold. Everything was poorly seasoned and soggy... Everything went into the trash. I am going to be sticking with Homwin and Ginger Blossom takeout for now on...

Never actually got the food, so this review is somewhat biased. I ordered online...waited an hour and a half and called to find out where the food was. After trying to explain why I was calling (she kept trying to TAKE my order) she finally understood that it was online. Seems my order was sitting somewhere and they never put it in. She then told me it would be 10 minutes. I cancelled the order. Just hoping my credit card doesnt get charge. So, maybe the food is great, but dont order online. :)

Fu soun has very good deals and you have to try there steak and cheese egg roles and shrimp egg roles, also they have 3.99 general Tso chicken and shrimp and fried rice with free can soda you cant beat school is coming you cant beat those 3.99 plates when you do not feel like cooking after work. My family loves this restaurant

To be fair, Ive had good experiences with this place; but to be fair, Ive had bad experiences with this place. On three separate occasions they brought me the wrong food, and on other occasions theyve overcharged the bill. That said, when they bring the right food and charge correctly: its awesome :)

Ordered delivery they Beyond Menu app. I was disappointed it took 1.5 hrs to arrive. When I tried calling 3x to find out when the good was coming - I let it ring 8 min on my last try! Food was good & delivery person very nice. He said the phonell be fixed tomorrow "when they pay for it". What??

I went there and one of the staff members was sitting at the table spitting food pieces I think they were bone from his mouth to the table. I ordered greasy overcooked pork fried rice and a version of a pupu platter... Hours later I had diarrhea, and yes Ive been back twice go figure...
