I have been going to this place for two years without a problem, usually always get the same thing and its always been decent for the prices....till tonight. I ordered a pupu plater for two, was ripped off a crab rangoon (not a big deal) and one of the two faintail shrimp was so hard I could barely crush it in my hand, ordered the wonton soup I love from there and as I got to the last wonton I was chewing a sharp metal shard, looked like a flat metal wire curled up, longer than my fingernail....just had my tooth removed yesterday with an open socket now exposed...if that metal shard ended up on the opposite side of my mouth I would be screwed right now. Sorry guys but I am never ordering food from you again, I can deal with burnt or missing food Im not that fussy but METAL SHARDS?!! Called and the guy offered me a new soup....really? Hell no! Dump the dangerous crap out!! Maybe they hired someone new, I dont know, just really dissappointed right now. Didnt even offer a refund for my order of 27 dollars, threw it all out.

Without a doubt the BEST Chinese delivery I have ever had. Ive ordered from Peking House 4 times now and wanted to wait to write the review in case the quality went down or changed. It has not and this is now my "go to" Chinese takeout restaurant. As others have mentioned it does take a little extra time for the food to arrive but it is SOOOO worth the wait. All the Japanese rolls we have ordered are fantastic! The Sesame Chicken is excellent as are the egg rolls. Everything we have ordered is consistent and tastes just like the last time. They are very friendly when you call to place your order and always make sure to read it all back to you. They do a fantastic job.

I was just reading a lot of the reviews and the girl below me had the same problem that I did. She found a metal shard that looks like a curled piece of wire in her wanton soup and thats exactly what I found in my wanton soup today. I wasnt leaving there without getting my money back and he gave me my money back. I am absolutely disgusted with this place. Ive been going there since they first opened and never had this issue until tonight. Never ordering from them again.

Awful customer service. On their menu it says they deliver with minimum orders for under 3 miles and over 3 miles. I am 3.4 miles away and was told they will not deliver to my house. When I pointed out how far away I am, they had the nerve to tell me their delivery driver declined to deliver to my address. Why does the delivery driver even get a choice? I will not be ordering from this place ever again. Dont advertise something if you arent willing to follow through.

Best Chinese food in the area. Period. I have ordered from this restaurant many times. More often when I lived in Vernon. They do a great job on their Sushi and Japanese cuisine. I dont know what they do differently with their fried chicken, but we call it Chicken Crack. Eat in or take out the staff here gets things done quickly and with a smile. I moved closer to UCONN, but I still stop in as often as I can.

Wow! Very happy with the food, will come back for sure!!!! We were out for a bike ride (on a monday evening) looking for a new place to eat. We are picky Chinese food eaters, so we picked this place based on the good reviews...I cant believe how fresh the veggies are, the chicken chow mei fun is light and delicious with rice noodles..just wow they are fantastic! Its our new favorite Japanese/Chinese restaurant by far....

I order food they sent wrong stuff when i called gave me the worst time to get some fries n eggrolls the fries are hard n cold .i will never order from here again .then they send me a second recite with out the stuff i paid for .n i gave the drive a big tip for nothing the other half of my food took a hour to come i tru it all away im done with u guy......

While the interior decor looked very nice, I didnt get a chance to even try the food because I caught one of the workers behind the sushi bar clipping his nails. I can understand if you do it either outside or in the bathroom but out in the open?? I walked out.

Food is delicious, staff is very friendly and place is very clean. We tried fried chicken wings, shrimp and black bean sauce, vegetables with tofu and noodles with Peking sauce. Everything was perfect.
