Im fairly bewildered by the amount of one star reviews for this place. Im a picky diner, and a big complainer if the service is sub par. That being said, our food has always come out promptly and our orders have always been accurate. The waiters are usually pretty gruff, but not in a way that is offensive or rude, more likely because of the language barrier. The food tastes like your normal Chinese food, and we have always had good sized portions. Also- they have a pretty fantastic menu of drinks that all come out in their own different bowls. All in all its a low key place to eat Chinese food and have a cool drink. Context is key, its not really fair to try to compare it along the same lines as your neighborhood Applebees or something-service wise. If thats what you are looking for- dont go to this place!

my boyfriend and I went here a few months ago, we had a poo poo platter and the shrimp had simply gone bad. It was in batter and had been fried but you could still smell the nasty odor coming from the shrimp. of course we didnt eat it, we asked our waiter to take it back or take it off our tab. When he said he didnt have the authority to do that, we called over the owner. The owner then told us that "everyone eat our poo poo platter." just like that! We told her we would get food borne illness if we did, we told her we werent going to pay, she threatend to call the cops, so we did because were too nice. It was awful because I would bet my bottom dollar that other patrons got sick that night!

After eating at Panda Palace you will never want to eat at any other Chinese restaurant. Our office used to order from another local restaurant, but theyre closed on Mondays, and one Monday we wanted Chinese and ordered from Panda Palace instead. Weve never been any place else since. In all seriousness, when Im visiting friends in MA, I will argue against getting Chinese because nothing compares. The only downside to Panda Palace is that the portions are somewhat smaller than what youll receive from another restaurant, but its a clear case of quality beating quantity. Try them and youll never order anywhere else again.

THIS USE TO BE MY FAVORITE CHINESE RESTAURANT, FOOD USE TO BE GOOD. I HAVENT BEEN HERE IN A FEW YEARS. I CAME HERE, FOR LUNCH RECENTLY. THE WAITRESS SAID, SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A ZOMBIE, SO I ORDER COKE. MY LUNCH CAME, AND IT WAS SO AWFUL, JUST THINKING ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW, I WANT TO THROW UP. THE PORK FRIED RICE WAS SO DRY , AND NASTY, AND THE SO CALLED CHICKEN, WAS RUBBERY, AND DIDNT TASTE LIKE CHICKEN AT ALL...... I DONT KNOW WHAT EVER HAPPENED ??? HOWEVER, SEEING THE OTHER REVIEWS, IAM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT THINKS THIS...

This was an all around terrible experience. I didnt think the food was good but, even worse than that, the service was TERRIBLE. The waiter was rude, seemed like hed prefer we werent there and seemingly put out at our every request. When asked for a couple of soy sauce packets to go with the food my friend was taking home he offered her one. She asked if she could have three and he refused and said "Two" as if to say it was his final offer. I would NEVER go there again. Must be different owners.

This has become my daughters favorite restaurant (and mine as well). The food is nicely prepared and very delicious, and the portion sizes are ample. (The food also is well suited to be re-heated if you order too much!) And, its difficult *not* to want to sample many things, since they are all good and very reasonably priced. The service is uniformly excellent and the restaurant facilities are spotless. Great for an impromptu night out or take-out.

Wicked expensive....and not happy with food. My most favorite at other restaurants and the Crab Rangoons here were Disgusting....total disappointment. Waste of money. Should be credited for throwing them away. YUCK. And the "so called" manager was rude....he should be thanking his lucky stars that he is still in business. Shouldve looked at the reviews before ordering this crap food. Oriental Cafe is where its at.

Every time weve been here, the food has been excellent and the portions have been big enough for another full meal the next day. They will even customize your dinner; say you order an item from the menu, but you want a couple of other things added, such as a particular type of vegetable or some cashews. They will do it. One caveat: go before you go. Why is it that so many restaurants have such disgusting bathrooms?

We ordered moo shu pork. there was hardly any pork in it and it was very watery. The pankcakes they sent were crumpled into a ball and stuffed in a plastic bag, sweaty and unable to hold anything, they fell apart. the meal was total garbage and we threw it in the trash. we used to eat there every other week or so and it was great. this place is disgusting now and i will never go back.

Really good food and very nice waitstaff. We treated our friends to dinner here after they helped us move. Everyone complimented the food and it was served quickly and without a hitch (impressive considering the size of our group). One member of our party also had a gluten sensitivity and the staff found a way to make the tangerine beef gluten free! Definitely going back in the future.

We were given a lunch size portion for dinner and charged the dinner price. There was hardly enough rice in the small box for one person, the chicken in the General Tso chicken dish was very hard and had a lot of gristle/chewy parts in the meat, and there were no fortune cookies with the meal. The hot and sour soup had no flavor. We were very disappointed and it wasnt worth the money.

Whether take-out or dine in, they never disappoint. Friendly, attentive staff. And this single dad who often has to economize appreciates the fact that they dont mind when I split a meal with my 7-year-old son (I tip well). It angers me when I see people complain about price - I can get two meals out of a $9 szechuan take-out - how much would two meals at an unhealthy burger joint be?

If youve got lots of time to waste you may like it. I cant comment on the food because we never got any. We waited 25 minutes before they even took our order, and after another 20 minutes with still no food we left. We were there in the middle of the afternoon, it wasnt crowded, yet everyone there seemed to be having issues with the service. In addition, the waiter was rude.

First time ordering from here and the last to be honest. Food is great, but the price and quantity is ridiculous. Ordered general taos chicken combo and a small chicken broccoli with white rice. The combo was not even a combo it looks like they gave me a small order of pork fried rice and a small order of general taos chicken.. all of that for 20 dollars...

Ive been here three times, Ive ordered the spareribs combination every time, once when they opened at 11am, once and 4pm, and tonight at 8pm. Every single time the ribs are dry, I feel like they just buy all the gas station jerky they can and soak it in red toilet water. Wont go again, I gave them three shots, bye Felicia!
