My sister and I visited this IHOP on August 17, 2015. I ordered a senior 2x2 and asked if I could have fresh (cracked) eggs with cheddar cheese scrambled medium well. When the order came I told the waitress that was not how I wanted my eggs and repeated my request. She tried to convince me that I got what I ordered but when I insisted she said she would let the cook know. She returned and told me that the cook said they cracked their eggs early in the morning and had them in a container that they used throughout the day. I told her I didnt want those eggs. She said she would let the cook know, then returned to tell me that the cook would remake them but it would take a while (2 eggs). They never came, she said the manager said that is how they prepare scrambled eggs. I asked for the manager, she showed about ten minutes later and asked what did I need. I explained the situation and asked if that is really how they prepare their scrambled eggs, she said yes. I told her how unhealthy that was which made her very unhappy. We went back and forth for a minute and she said what can I do for you. I told her I would like for her to get out my face lying about the eggs because that was unheard of. She asked me to leave her store, I said I can do that but Im not paying. She said you dont have to. I said by the way, may I have corporates address and phone number? She said find it yourself. I will do that but will never visit this site again. Imagine eating eggs that have been setting out all day. Also, imagine being a cook and cannot crack two eggs and scramble them medium well.

Let me start by saying this: Until this experience, Ive loved every IHOP Ive visited. Ive never had a bad meal. Im obsessed with diner food, and IHOP traditionally has had some of the most consistent diner food Ive ever eaten. Also let me preface this with the fact that I ordered exactly the same meal at the IHOP in Providence only days before eating it in Quincy. The meal I received in Providence was delicious, and I packed it away, wishing there was more. This was my first time eating at the IHOP in Quincy. Simply put, I got a "bad" omelette. It arrived in good time and the service was great, but the omelette itself tasted awful. The sausage was dry and the bacon was cold and had a mildly septic taste. I was hungry enough that I made it half-way through the meal before I decided that it wasnt worth it. This is the first time Ive ever not finished a meal at an IHOP; in all of my years of greasy truck-stop diners, Ive never felt so sick so quickly from eating diner food. I left the restaurant, tipping my polite waitress well and without complaining to the host, with the simple knowledge that I will never return there.

I love the food, absolutely great, and cheap! The staff are friendly but in a fake way, a tad bit over the top, its like theyre really trying to say "i hate my job, Im only being nice to you because my boss is watching," and they take forever, I didnt see my waitress ever, I would have to flag down other waitresses just to get a bottle of ketchup. The place is always packed, you litterly have to yell to the person across from you in order for them to hear you. The seating arrangements are horribly awkward and too close together. I felt like I was sitting on the families lap next to us. Not personal at all, and extremely rowdy. Not recommended if you like your space or your food not to be breathed on, seriously!

The waiter was extremely helpful however myself and others in our party had to send back our plates as the food seemed old and reheated....the 2nd plate that came out that I had ordered: steak, eggs, hash brown and 2 pancakes was obviously a lighter color from the original darker order. Heat was visually noticeable on this order compared to the first order. The steak was rubbery and not eatable. The eggs were mushy and the hash brown were wet inside....needless to say the food if thats what you want to call it was not eatable for human consumption. I have been to this location many times during the day tinge this is my first time been here at 6pm...note to my self never again at this time.

I never liked to say anything bad about a restaurant but the fact that you go into a restaurant is to enjoy a meal but in this case wasnt that enjoyable, first table smell like rotten eggs, then had to wait 45 minutes to get my breakfast then when I got it was wrong, how hard is it to make 3 over easy eggs apparently for this restaurant very hard, then had to wait another 10 minutes for the waitress to take my card and charge my food. I wouldnt go back here at all.

Ive lived in this city my whole life and I always dread getting dragged to IHOP by my friends. Food quality has always been beneath acceptable levels and has been on the decline if anyone can even manage that. This place however is a hit with the locals but I believe its because its cheap. Bland food, cooked food tend to be dry and has that "instant microwave" taste. If you have taste in GOOD food. Avoid this chain. Go try local breakfast diners.

The girl waiter was HORRIBLE just because she s having a bad day, her service was extremely poor.... took a very long time with our food, drinks, and she didnt give me any napkins. When I asked for it. Paid in cash; gave me money back from a pouch. Not even in my hand. Her body language was very bad.. if and when I ever come back. IF SHES there I will REFUSE SERVICE FROM HER..

The foods great, but both times Ive used the bathroom coming here it hasnt been the best experience, last time I came here there was absolutely no toilet paper in any of the stalls. This time it smells. Granted bathrooms arent supposed to smell amazing but this bathroom smells like someone went on the floor

IHOP é um local ideal para um bom café da manhã com os seus mais diversos sandwiches, panquecas e outras iguarias. Muito bom! Recomendo.
