If you want something better or different, do the home challenge. Loyalty to New Brothers Restaurant is from everywhere. Nobody, can copy the passion and quality of food product that goes into your small or larger meal. Just sit and listen to customers, they say it all. Additionally, they have a loyal take out clientele. Youll find leaders of all city, town, and governmental agencies; as well as, the loyal customers from all over New England. Additionally, you may spot a Hall of Famer, local Mayors, Sheriff, Priests, a VP of one of Bostons famous universities, students and just appreciative Essex County residents looking for a home cooked meal. I am an evening client who considers Brothers a go to social and eating oasis. Pat & Kerry are co-owners & hosts. Always a happy experience. Danvers, MA lucked out again, with a great central Maple St. eatery. A 5*, easily.

I went there a few months ago and asked if they had minced garlic to put on my omelet. The guy on the line looked at me like I had 10 head and informed me they dont have "fancy stuff like that." He also didnt seem to know what minced meant wich I found puzzling considered he works in a kitchen. The person behind me jokingly said "Ill have the caviar" and he and the cook proceeded to laugh and joke about me. I was so embarrassed I had to step out of line to go cry in the bathroom, leaving my boyfriend to carry both of our trays of food to a table. When I was finally able to collect myself and go out to eat my food it was dissapointing. The omelet was too wet and everything else was dry. I used to eat here a lot despite the fact that the food was just ok but after this experience I will not be coming back.

Pictures abound the walls as do trophies and art works museum worthy. American Cuisine with Accents of Greco-Roman Specials cover all tastes. . S e e y o u at this Maple St. oasis , Danvers Sq , MA. Let me start by giving you our rating....a strong 9 out of a possible 10. This place meets almost all of our expectations for a great breakfast. The usual fare of bacon, eggs, home fries and coffee were done to perfection. Service although cafeteria style was fast, friendly and accurate. Prices are very reasonable and affordable for the quantities served. Parking is more than ample in back. restaurant clean and bright. If there are any negatives its that we had to get up to get our 2nd cup of joe and the ambiance is that of a cafeteria. Our advice......GO

This is a great cafeteria style restaurant in downtown Danvers. They always have great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have to suggest the Shepherds pie or the turkey dinner, you cannot go wrong. Everything that I have had here has been great and the prices you cannot beat. You get a huge portion with every meal. The service is always very friendly. There is a parking lot out back and on street parking out front. If you go at peak times, be prepared to wait a few minutes.

Dinner at New Brothers was a fantastic experience! I had the pastitsio, and it is by far the best Ive had outside of a Greek cultural Festival. The staff is super friendly and there is plenty of room (and food) for everyone. The portions were perfect for the price. New Brothers is definitely on my list of places to eat everytime I come to Danvers. Comfort food with real flavor made by people who care about their customers and their food.

Coincidentally, like an earlier reviewer I make a point of eating here every time Im in Beverly. The food is great, prices very reasonable, staff is very friendly. The dishes all seem more fresher than you I usually expect from a cafeteria style. This is the cafeterias style where the servers actually dish the food up at your request. They are all knowledgeable, friendly helpful and will get you whatever you want! 10 stars out of 10!

I resisted going to this place for years as I had it in my head it was a greasy spoon kind of restaurant. I clearly missed out because of my own stupidity. Everything I have ever had here is delicious. The lamb is fall off the bone, the salads are fresh and the chicken parm is AMAZING. Honestly, I could go on and on! The prices are so cheap for the amount of food you get. Staff is so friendly and remembers your favorites.

Its just a generic Greek diner, cafeteria-style, but you know, as far as comfort food (especially when you dont have much time/want takeout), theyre great. Something I have to be in the mood for, but Ive never been disappointed. Their sandwiches are very good. I suggest getting a turkey club on syrian. They roast their own turkey and I swear the thing weighs five pounds. And their pickles are to die for.

I love coming to this place whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. HUGE portions of great homemade dishes and a such variety of fresh made meals that everyone is bound to find something they like. The kids love the chicken fingers, I love the stuffed cabbage, and the salads are fantastic too. If you come for breakfast the omelettes are out of this world and their hash is delicious!

You will never be greeted without a huge smile. Really welcoming people and even welcoming food. Couple of good vegetarian dishes like spinach pie, vegetarian lasagna , vegetable pockets and a whole lot of other mouth watering sweets and snacks. Not to miss this place if you are in Danvers or even nearby

The food is GREAT and a very good selection. The service from behind the counter is very good and what can you expect when they are always busy. Very clean surroundings too. You are your own server so that service depends on you. LOL ! Cafeteria style, I love it and look forward to seeing them again. YUM!

The best cafeteria you can find. ( a biased opinion because of my many times there ) Excellent American and Greek food, plenty of it, great prices, and a nice clean eating area. Highly recommended.

Cafeteria style self service. Friends brought me. One of their favorite places. Get the Roast beef or Turkey dinner. Greek fare also. Locals love this place. No bar. Baklava is excellent.

Cafeteria style eating eat where they make the food right in front of you. Good service, solid food for a reasonable price. Avoid popular times as the line can get out the door.
